How to get the Frigate in Windrose
Here's how to build Windrose's biggest ship, the Frigate.
The Frigate is Windrose's largest ship and as a result, you can expect this particular building endeavour to set you back a pretty penny as well as hundreds of supplies. Here's hoping that your party of pirates are prepared to harvest lots of wood, fiber, stone, Iron Ingots, and more…
To help you on your way, I've explained in this guide how to get the Frigate in Windrose, as well as every material you'll need to build it.
How to get the Frigate in Windrose
To build the Frigate in Windrose, you first need the Recipe Paper for it. This can be purchased from a Brethren of The Coast Provisioner at Tortuga Market in exchange for a hefty 3000 Piastre.
You'll also need to have Reputation Level 4 with the Faction, or else the Provisioner will not sell the Recipe Paper to you. You can increase your Reputation Level with this faction by handing over Insignias to the Brethren of The Coast Bounty Agent in Tortuga.
Once you have the Recipe Paper, three different versions of the Frigate will be added to your Wharf as a craftable ship. These are the standard Frigate, the Brethren Frigate, and the Blackbeard Frigate.
Next, all you need to do is go about gathering the materials required for building whichever Frigate you choose. These are as follows:
- 320x Wooden Planks
- 300x Nails
- 240x Linen Fabric
- 160x Timber
- 120x Iron Ingots
- 80x Tarred Fabric
- 80x Tarred Planks
- 80x Rope
- 50x Shipwright's Tools
Yeah, that's a lot of materials, but it'll be worth it to have this huge ship and all of its cannons to use in naval combat.
Good luck building the Frigate in Windrose. For more, take a look at everything you need to know about fishing, the difference between boarding and sinking enemy ships, and how to get your hands on Quagmire Powder.
