As you may have seen, Pokemon Legends: Z-A has received some new Pokemon courtesy of its Mega Dimension DLC. One of those new Pokemon is Toxel, which can then be evolved into Toxtricity, and thankfully, you can get this Pokemon rather early on.
As soon as you have progressed the Mega Dimension story enough to begin seeing Hyperspace Wild Zone Distortions spawn, Toxel can be found. However, since the Dimensions are randomized, it's completely up to luck whether it will be in one of the first Dimensions that spawn for you.
How To Get Toxel
As mentioned, Toxel can spawn as early as one and two-star Hyperspace Dimension Wild Zones, so there's a chance it may be in the first batch that spawns for you. Of course, you won't be able to see it since it's not registered, but the silhouettes will be visible for you to analyze, and Toxel's is pretty distinguishable.
Once you have a Dimension with Toxel active, all you need is a Donut from Ansha that at least matches the star rating of the Hyperspace Dimension, and you're good to go. While inside the Hyperspace Dimension, you should be able to find multiple groups of Toxel, depending on the size of the zone, so if you're looking for a shiny or an Alpha, you may want to reset the spawns a few times by running around.
If you're looking for a specific Toxtricity form, don't forget to check the nature while catching or just catch multiple.
If you have trouble catching one once you've found it, don't forget that you can knock them out first to increase your odds of a catch. If you knock all of them out, no worries, as they will respawn eventually. Of course, you'll need to watch your time in the Distortion as well. Once you've caught one, you're ready to evolve it.

How To Evolve Toxel Into Amped And Low-Key Toxtricity
Evolving Toxel into Toxtricity is pretty much the same as it is in any other game, through leveling, but don't forget that Toxtricity has two forms. When you evolve Toxel, it can evolve into Toxtricity's Amped Form or its Low-Key Form, and which one will depend on its nature.
So, depending on which one you're going for, Toxel will need to have the following nature:

Don't forget that while Mints do change nature stats, they don't actually change nature. It's a superficial change. So, using a Mint on Toxel will NOT change the result of the evolution. Toxel needs to inherently have the nature of the form you want before evolving. You can check this in the Pokemon Summary once a Toxel is caught.
