This page contains the walkthrough for Treasure Hunt: Applied Escapology, a side quest in The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine.

You can pick up this treasure hunt side quest by looting and reading a journal found under a tree. The location of it is northwest of Toussaint Prison signpost, southwest of Flovive sign post, east of Beauclair Port signpost, and northeast of Mere-Lachaiselongue Cemetery signpost.

After starting the quest by reading the journal, head north and dive into the underwater cave. You can use the Killer Whale potion to breathe underwater for longer.

Use your Witcher Senses and at the bottom of the cave you'll find a body with a key on it. Once you have the key, exit this cave, and start swimming south to some sunken ruins.

At the ruins, you'll come across some underwater drowners that you can kill with your crossbow. Swim deeper into the cave and at the far end of the cave you'll find the treasure that you can unlock with the key you found.
