This potion cannot be upgraded.
The recipe can be found underneath the bridge to Temple Isle in Novigrad. Under the water there are two chests, one of which contains the diagram for Killer Whale.
While merchant inventory may be somewhat random, the following Merchants have been found to have the recipe:
- Herbalist Hut (east of Oxenfurt)
