This is the quest of the final fist fight in the Blood and Wine expansion, started after having completed Fists of Fury: Toussaint.
Head the docks at Beauclair Port, where you will meet the maestro, he will ask to have a drink with you, beat him while drunk.
Winning will reward you with the "Fist Fighting Championship Trophy"
