The Extra Medium is a Legendary Energy Shield in Borderlands 4.
Legendary Gear items are special drops, usually from boss creatures or hard to reach places, which can dramatically impact your hunter and how they perform. Most Legendary items have unique special abilities, and will generally have a range of stat and part bonuses.
Shields provide an extra layer of protection to characters. Any incoming damage will usually be absorbed by a shield if equipped. These usually have a limited charge, and require time to recover once sufficient damage has been negated/absorbed.
How to get the Extra Medium
The Extra Medium can be acquired from the following:
- Fadefields, Dissected Plateau, Arch of Inceptus
If applicable, it can also drop from the following boss:
- Primordial Guardian Inceptus
