Worked on centralizing the email sending functionality. We have 20+ projects and each project sends different emails. Developers used different ways to send emails and each project has different smtp servers, from emails, user name and password. So the whole email functionality was in bad shape.

From the technical implementation side we evaluated different products like Microsoft CRM, Sugar CRM and Salesforce.com. After long evaluation and assessment we decided to go with Salesforce.com. As a company, we decided to move to Salesforce.com to improve the sales cycle and increase the sales. From the technical implementation side we evaluated different products like Microsoft CRM, Sugar CRM and Salesforce.com. After long evaluation and assessment we decided to go with Salesforce.com. So involved in interacting with Business Users and gather the current processes and started implementing the same replica processes on top of Salesforce.com. Slowly but steadily we improved the business processes to make them industry standard like follow the sales process of starting from Lead to Opportunity etc. My role was to implement the Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules etc. It was mainly click and code kind of approach. It was the start of the implementation and did not need any custom development.
Over the period of time, we started implementing visual force pages, apex code, batch jobs, schedulers, triggers etc to adjust the complex business needs. Show less

Part of the Veeva implementation team on Salesforce platform at one of the largest pharmaceutical clients. Participation in custom Salesforce implementation with Veeva. Writing custom code, testing and deployment. Helping development team to understand the requirements and best practices for coding standards.

This project is about migrating our legacy .net CRM System to Salesforce.com. This project includes the roll out in 26 countries. In this project, my responsibilities were to provide technical architecture of implementation, developer and build integration between other applications.

This project is about moving legacy CRM system to Salesforce.com. As a part of my role, I am involved in technical architecture, design decisions, implementation decisions, building integration with other applications, implementing financial force. This is currently running project, we have started requirements gathering and looking into technical aspects of implementation.

This is the latest version of Search and Select with new features and responsive design so that families can use it over mobile devices too. Participated in Salesforce Migration of PROD Org to new PROD Org.
As per business decision, we had to move our old PROD org to new PROD org. Started with Analyzing the metadata deployment from old to new org. Some of the entities needed to transfer manually. The biggest challenge was to move Data from old org to new org while keeping all necessary relationships between objects. We were supposed to use one of the 3rd party tools (paid tool) but it did not work at all with the real migration.… Show more

The biggest challenge was to move Data from old org to new org while keeping all necessary relationships between objects. We were supposed to use one of the 3rd party tools (paid tool) but it did not work at all with the real migration.
So we ended up with not using it and started with old school migration technology i.e. using Data Loader. We started to use Data Loader and started migrating data from old org to new org.
The biggest challenge while migrating data, we faced was to migrate Tasks because number of tasks were huge. But at the end everything migrated and new org is working perfectly fine now and also changed all integration end points to point to new Org Id in other applications. Show less

Participated in the migration of SQL Server from 2005 version to 2012 version.
Started with installing new SQL Server 2012 on new Windows 2012 server. After that migrated all the databases from old SQL Server 2005 to new SQL Server 2012.
Created all logins same as matching to old SQL Server. Migrated all old jobs and setup the Data base mail accounts and profiles.
Fixed the permissions for all orphan users. Finally tested all applications and everything worked as expected.

Search and Select feature allows host families to choose the Aupairs their own. They can reserve APs. Families can tag the APs as favorite, add favorite comments, can remove APs from reserved and favorite lists. Families can search APs based on certain criteria.
