The whole point of the film is that Creasy is a lone-wolf fueled by revenge.He shouldn't be part of a team up, especially as the actress playing the girl he is supposed to protect is so terrible at acting! Oh, and you can literally guess the main bad guys within the first 20 mins.. And that's the problem this series has: Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Billie Boullet give a good performance, Alice Braga is a very underrated actress and really tries to give her character some emotional depth...but the script is too predictable and bland. There are good action-scenes, there's definitely good camera work, many scenes look great, like taken out of a Bourne-movie, but there are way too many dull and also inconsequential scenes. Look, you have seven episodes to tell a story, your main character is a heavy drinker with a death wish...and within one episode he manages to get totally sober and is the same guy that he was before his PTSD-origin? This is lazy, unimaginative scriptwriting. The script is really the biggest problem of this series. Also, the emotional bond between the actors doesn't work.
