It is still generous with the blood-letting, the headshots, the bone breaks and the brutality. That makes it distinct in the generally sanitised MCU as an adult drama that not looking to play nice. Go to Full Review

This reluctance to fully own the brutal realities that these shows are taking pains to depict is untenable. Go to Full Review

The first season of Jessica Jones, from 2015, remains essential viewing, more influenced by feminism and film noir than comic books. She’s a welcome new lens for Daredevil. Go to Full Review

The legal elements are capably developed and work well, and Season 2 builds toward a stunner of a conclusion. The entire cast turns in exceptional performances, with Cox, D'Onofrio, and Woll giving some of their best yet. Go to Full Review

Nicholas R @RT87950424 2h I can see why MAGA hate this, it's a reflection of the world we live in. Superbly acted, and very well paced. Best Daredevil since the first season. See more ATrulySharpBrain01 T @Rocci 16h They moved away from the Netflix tight-knit vibe and killed someone off; they shouldn't. pacing problems, gets boring real quick. Adding new boring characters that add nothing and are not fun to watch. Weird edits of someone dressed as a puppet Fisk and weird, random NYC interviews/shots at random buildings, it's a big turn-off IMO. Only one of the episodes felt like I was watching the Netflix version in season 2. I hope they can take their time with season 3 and fix these problems. We only wanted it to feel like the Netilx version. They have not updated the choreography for the fights; it feels like we're having the same fight with the same people. See more Lonely S @Loneshark 1d Dull and boring, and ultimately very safe and predictable. The main protagonist is basically a guest in his own show. Instead all the focus goes to an orbit of side characters that eat up most of the screen time. Horrible pacing too. Night and day comparison to the netflix series which was very dynamic and had daredevil square centered in the story. See more Jeff B @RT99430060 1d Netflix did Daredevil the right way. so much so that Marvel has just run with the same show and dropped it into the MCU. Its characters are simply AMAZING, and the show is well written and with a sense of threat and foreboding that most other shows can only dream of. This show is quite simply the flagship for Marvel TV right now, and in the drought of "decent" content from Disney while it found its streaming service feet, this is a superb return to form. See more JT H @RT88820969 2d Show has been great. An improvement from Season 1 for sure See more Beb S. @bebesoft 2d Not as good as the first season. See more Read all reviews
