An obituary of the singer Lena Martell gave her birth date as 15 May 1940 and age at death as 86. In fact she was born on 15 May 1939, so was 87 when she died on 23 September 2026 (17 October, Journal, p13).
The Marmot review was published in 2010, not 2009 (Healey offers brief relief, but households still bear the recovery’s costs, 29 October, Journal, p2). Also, Andy Burnham referred to the review as a blueprint, not a bible, on reducing inequalities.
