Quests in Arc Raiders range very drastically when it comes to difficulty. But the reason that those quests might be difficult can also change pretty severely. Some quests are difficult because they have a lot of steps. Some quests are difficult because they require you to run huge distances.
Other quests can vary in difficulty. A Balanced Harvest takes you into one of the busiest areas on the Dam Battlegrounds map, and if you've got a particularly spicy server on your hands, you might be fighting tooth and nail to pull this off. On the other hand, if things are quiet, it's one of the easiest quests in the game.
Go To The Research And Administration Building
Your destination is going to be the Research and Administration Building, which is toward the south side of Dam Battleground, just north of the Scrap Yard. It doesn't particularly matter how you enter this building, though it's going to be easier to get to the room you need quickly if you enter from the south side.
You do need to complete this entire quest in one raid, so be prepared to see the entire situation through once you enter the building. This is often a busy building when it comes to other Raiders, particularly in the first 15 minutes of a raid.
How To Find Lab 1
You're hinted toward Lab 1, with the quest telling you that it's on an upper floor of the building, and above reception.
One of the easiest ways to find Lab 1 quickly is to go up the rope inside reception, and from the room that the rope leads you into, turn right. The wall to the right of that hallway is labeled Lab, and the very first lab that you come across on the left is the room you're looking for.
How To Find The Research Papers
The Notes that you need to find are on the desk in the center of the room.
It's worth noting that entering this room is going to set off a metal detector; you can disable these by shooting the device on the side of them. A weapon with a suppressor is well-suited for doing this without making too much noise, if stealth is a concern.

This is one of the first multi-step quests that you'll need to complete in a single raid in Arc Raiders, so it's best to go in prepared.
