Jogar Ocarina of Time exige que você entenda o contexto da época onde as empresas faziam milagre com o pouco de hardware disponível, surgindo excelentes obras focadas em divertir o jogador. Inúmeras mecânicas surgiram aqui, nesse cara, e até hoje são usadas pela indústria. Pela época tudo é de extrema qualidade, me surpreendi positivamente jogando hoje em um port pra pc, tem mecânicas demais pros míseros 35mb de rom. A trilha é excelente, inspiradora e te trás a sensação de aventura no ponto certo. Os cenários são lindos e os personagens são maravilhosos. É triste pensar que uma parcela dos usuários do metacritic vive dando ragebait em jogos assim como é o caso aqui, pode acreditar, se você viu alguém dando uma nota abaixo de 7 pra esse jogo, é apenas ragebait.

Call us crazy, but when the final version of Zelda 64 arrived in the IGN64 offices, we stopped working, locked ourselves into a room with a big-screen TV and a surround system and played 17 hours straight. After only a few hours of sleep, we were back for more and we couldn't stop until we finished the game. Then, we started over again to find all the secrets.

When it comes to what people will now demand of a top videogame, Nintendo has moved the goalposts off the pitch, into a lorry, down the road, into the airport, onto a plane and halfway round the world to a different continent entirely.

This is a very good game, definitely play it because it is a piece of video game history. That being said, ignore the old heads calling it the goat. It has been surpassed by a bunch of games these days.

The game is simply overrated. The high ratings are only because people were blown away back then. There wasn't much else like it at the time. Sure, the music is great, and it laid some foundations, but the game itself is boring and dull. Its game design wouldn't hold up today, and you're often left not knowing what to do next. Frustrating moments and illogical puzzles. If there's ever a remake, a lot would need to be changed.

At a point in time I did enjoy this game however nowadays it's dated, has repetitive gameplay, and lackluster story. It does not hold up against the test of time unless you have nostalgia goggles on. I don't recommend unless you are a die hard zelda fan or wanting to complete games off of Nintendos catalog you'll have a better time with breathe of the wild.
