Where it takes mechanics from others in the industry, it improves upon them; where it introduces new ones, you slap your forehead in amazement that it hasn’t been done before. Breath of the Wild is development done right, and damn near the best game you’ll play all year.
Breath of the Wild is a masterpiece.

The best open-world game I've ever played. You can't put it down because you keep wanting to go here and do there. The mountains and hills, and the advantage of being at high altitude, just like in real life, are very well thought out. Although Divine Beasts seems structurally repetitive, each game takes place in a different biome. In short, once you start playing, you're faced with a masterpiece that you won't be able to put down and will keep you occupied for hours. I recommend it to everyone.

Un onde ouvert qui révolutionne le monde ouvert. Un sentiment de liberté dans un monde merveilleux. Graphismes qui vont très bien avec cette licence. A aucun moment je me suis ennuyé tellement l'envie de parcourir la map est présente.

Breath of the Wild doesn’t feel like an experiment for the Zelda series, it feels like the realization of what Zelda always wanted to be. It easily stands toe-to-toe with the best open world games of the generation, and is a marvelous way to introduce a brand new system. Whether you’re a Zelda fan or not, this is certainly an experience you should not miss out on.

Breath of the Wild’s only tangible constraint is how creative the player can be at any given moment. The game is genuinely challenging, with secrets and rewards to be found around every corner. As you play, the staggering amount of ways in which you can interact with Hyrule naturally reveal themselves. There is always something new to discover, but at your own pace. Somehow, the adventure never loses momentum over dozens of hours of exploration, the inspired design holds up, making for an unmistakable Zelda game that completely changes everything expected from the series. After spending so much time with Breath of the Wild, it is already hard to imagine going back to the antiquated presentation of the past.

I was entranced by this version of Hyrule, and it surprised me at nearly every turn, from its wealth of discoveries to the way it shuns the established tropes of previous Zelda games. It represents a profound new direction for one of gaming’s best franchises and a new high point for open-world interactive experiences.

For any gamer that views Ocarina of Time as the highlight of the franchise, Breath of the Wild is a very pleasant surprise. The innovations Nintendo offers are -nearly all- amazing and Hyrule is more appealing and grandiose than ever before.

cute, interesting world to discover, some parts are very underutilized and the shrine thing that you have to learn skills in those **** massive balls. The story was kinda whatever but it was a fun playthrough. 50 hours is **** mental however, and the end bossfight was way too easy in comparison to the other bossfights you had to do. A few parts of this game was a bit underwhelming but other than that it is a pretty solid one if you are into this kind of stuff.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild has a wonderful open world and engaging concept for a story, but struggles to tell that story in a satisfying way and the player will spend more time doing tedious chores than adventuring.

The game has some appealing elements like the open world and familiar music, but overall it is quite frustrating. The gameplay is often repetitive and tedious, with many dull moments that drag the experience down. The story feels weak and uninspired, failing to keep the player engaged. Technical issues and clunky mechanics make it hard to recommend, resulting in a game that feels like a missed opportunity for the series.

At first I thought it’s a good Zelda game. But removing the fan glasses I see what a bad designed and unfair game it is. And the weird thing is, that the game is harder in early game than in late game. Means it’s nothing for new players. No dungeons, only repetitive boring stuff. Totk has more improvements than I thought. At this moment the game is no fun. I hope the next Zelda for Switch 2 is much better than this catastrophic.
