Broken Flowers is a main quest in Novigrad.

Geralt is trying to find a lead on Ciri's friend Dandelion, so the obvious trail is of the women Dandelion has romanced around Novigrad. To get started on this trail, head to his business Rosemary & Thyme. When you arrive, the dwarf Zoltan is kicking our some ruffians. Help an old pal out and clear the place. When the building is ruffian-free, use you Witcher Senses to investigate and find Dandelion’s planner. Inside the planner is the list of Dandelion's female friends. You and Zoltan split the list (it is quite long) and decide to go find them.

Before leaving Rosemary & Thyme, talk to Zoltan about all of the women that you are going to visit. He knows a little more information about each one of them that might come in handy. After learning about the women, leave and head to the closest marker to meet Vespula. When you arrive at her laundry business, some thugs are pestering her for money. Geralt will step in and you have the choice of paying the fee of 200 crowns or killing all of them. When the men are gone, talk to Vespula about Dandelion and go on your way.

Not too far away is the next person on your list. Run off to meet Elihal the elf at his tailor shop. After Elihal changes into an outfit more recognizable by Dandelion, you can talk with him about how they met. You’ll learn a bit more about Dandelion and can go on your way.

Next up is a school teacher named Marabella. When you enter the class, she will be teaching some children. You may either wait outside, as she requests, or stay and be questioned by the children about being a Witcher. The later is quite funny.

When the kids leave, talk to Marabella to find out Dandelion had a fungus problem he came to her for. With that tidbit of information, you can be on your way.

Leave the school and go off to meet Rosa Var Attre in her house. Earlier, Zoltan mentioned that Rosa was in need of a fencing instructor. When questioned by the guard at her house, say you are her new fencing instructor to be guided right inside to see her. Down in the basement, give Rosa a quick lesson in sword play before revealing you just need information on Dandelion.

When Rosa asks if you would be willing to give her more lessons, make sure to agree. It is the only way for the side quest “Fencing Lessons” to become available. After the twins(!) squabble and you learn what you need about Dandelion, you may leave the house.

Last but not least is Molly. Head toward your final marker to try and see her.

When you approach the house the mother of Arjan from The Witcher 2 comes out. If you killed him in the second game, she is not too pleased to see you. If he is alive, she is much more polite. It turns out that Molly is off at another home where horse races are being held. General Voorhis from the interrogation quest “Imperial Audience” greets you. He offers to talk you to the races where Molly can be found. Agree to immediately go there or decline to ride there yourself.

When you arrive the general will offer to race you with a fancy saddle as the prize.

You may either accept or decline this offer. When the race is over or doesn’t happen, go talk to Molly to learn about Dandelions “sister.” With all your new information about Dandelion, go back to the Rosemary & Thyme to compare your notes with Zoltan.

Zoltan and you agree that the woman who knows most about Dandelion is his fellow performer named Priscilla. She plays at Kingfisher Inn nightly, and Zoltan suggests meeting him there after sundown. Make your way there and meditate just after sundown. Head inside and enjoy the show.

Afterwards, you get to talk to Priscilla alone and figure out that Dandelion crossed a big, bad guy named Whoreson Junior. It’s time to find Junior and learn about Dandelion’s whereabouts.
