Congratulations to BBR's Michael Wolson on receiving the 2025 Sidney Wilf Distinguished Young Leadership Award! This well-deserved honor recognizes his outstanding work as Co-Chair of the Anti-Defamation League NextGen Advisory Board.
I’m deeply honored to receive the 2025 Sidney Wilf Distinguished Young Leadership Award from the Anti-Defamation League, which honors a leader in business, community affairs, and charitable causes who utilizes the success they have achieved in their chosen fields to influence and inspire positive change in the community. This award is a tribute to the memory of Sidney Wilf, a passionate Jewish leader and the son of Holocaust survivors, and I carry his legacy with humility and a deep sense of responsibility. Personally, it is also a tribute to my late grandmother, Evelyn Schulgasser, a survivor of the 1920s pogroms in Kiev. My journey here began with the values my parents instilled in me—the sense that being Jewish isn’t just about tradition, but about duty: to each other, our history, and the future. That sense of duty brought me to the ADL, where I found not just a philanthropic home, but a place to take action, lead, and fight rising hate with purpose. Since joining the Glass Leadership Institute in 2020, I’ve been fortunate to serve on the New York-New Jersey Next Generation Board and the Regional Advisory Board, helping to build the next generation of leadership. I’m especially proud of the work we’ve done—from bringing ADL programming into my workplace, BBR Partners, to strengthening partnerships with institutions like Project Shema, TCS New York City Marathon, and Tulane University, and to speaking out amid a terrifying rise in antisemitism since October 7, 2023. Thank you to the Wilf family, to the ADL, to my wife, Gabriella Wolson, PCC, who inspires me every day, and to all who fight alongside me.

As an advisor to high-net-worth families, we are often involved in cross generational conversations around wealth protection. BBR's Julia Panchot teamed up with matrimonial attorney Adria Hillman to demystify how individual and trust assets are treated at divorce, prenuptial agreements, and practical tips to protect wealth even without a prenup.
