Facilitating our internal AI transformation has been a once in a lifetime experience, and I’m constantly blown away by what people are building in Cloudflare OS. All in a seamless interface that any team member can feel at home using. I feel like I am the luckiest CIO in the world because my teams get to use tools built by the smartest people around to rethink how we get work done. These are high performing, skilled and genuinely good people who I would recommend in a heartbeat. If you’ve been affected and need a recommendation, or just someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate to reach out. For any companies looking for people great at their trade, you have such an opportunity - don’t let it pass you by. For any up and coming tech companies looking to accelerate your growth, I know that these folks can perform and thrive in a rapid growth culture and can vouch for it.

If you don't spend active time every single week staying up to date, you're falling behind. That's the pace we're in. I'm worried. There's a wave coming, and too many people are standing on the beach just watching it. If you're still working the same way you did three months ago, you're already behind. But I'm also more excited than I've ever been. AI has been changing how we work since 2023. But since December? It's on another level. Not just coding anymore. Everything. I'm completely addicted to agentic coding. All those projects I never dared to start? Building them now. All those optimizations I never had time for? Done. The barrier between "I wish I could..." and "I just built it" has never been lower. My productivity has never been higher. You don't need to be technical. Go try Lovable. Ask Claude or ChatGPT to automate one annoying task. Start small. You'll surprise yourself. 2026 is going to be transformative. It's going to be wild. Happy to surf the wave here at Cloudflare.

Many companies have already moved from on-premise computing to cloud computing, and I believe the transition to Internet edge computing is about to begin. With the advent of various gen AI apps, people would definitely look for faster, cheaper and safer AI application and the need for superior edge computing platform will be dramatically increased in next few years. Robert Fleming さんが「いいね！」しましたRobert Fleming さんが「いいね！」しましたToday marks my last day at Cloudflare. When I joined Cloudflare as one of the early members of the field sales team in Korea 3 years ago, my goal was to immerse myself in software sales—to learn what it takes to build a business, work with customers at different stages of growth, and close meaningful deals. Over the past 3 years, I had the opportunity to work with customers ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprises. I also had the opportunity to bring all major players in an industry where Cloudflare previously had little to no presence as customers onto our platform, which gave me valuable experience in building new markets and customer relationships from the ground up. Outside of the sales cycle, I participated as a speaker and panelist at Cloudflare Immerse, partner events, and startup conferences like COMEUP. These opportunities helped me learn how to communicate business goals and value to different audiences. I also had the chance to bring a customer to Cloudflare’s headquarters and EBC for the first time, where I learned more about building long-term business relationships beyond individual transactions. A lot changed during those three years. The Korea organization grew from around 10 people when I joined to more than 40 today, and Cloudflare’s stock increased 5x over the same period. I’m grateful that I was able to experience that growth up close while growing professionally myself. At the same time, it definitely wasn't always easy. Working with limited resources and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams taught me to better understand different perspectives and become a more thoughtful salesperson and teammate. I’m also grateful for the people I met along the way. Thank you to my colleagues, partners, and customers who trusted me, worked with me, and taught me so much. Leaving feels particularly bittersweet, but I’m excited to take what I’ve learned with me into the next chapter. Thank you, Cloudflare. ☁️ #Cloudflare #greyclouding

Balancing full-time work and university was definitely a challenge, but I was incredibly fortunate to always have the support of my family for all the little things that kept me going. Curiosity has always driven me towards success, and I’m excited for the future! 😁

Today is my last day at Cloudflare after a little more than three years, and I’ve had the chance to work on some pretty meaningful things along the way. Together, my team and I architected and launched an AI-powered personalized nurture engine, a global consent framework built around privacy regulations, and a global lifecycle and recycled-lead engine that returned 20 hours a week to BDRs by eliminating manual work. More recently, I’ve been helping transform Marketing toward self-service and co-leading our Marketing AI Council. Some of the most high-impact work is the work most people never see. I had the privilege of doing a lot of that work here, alongside people who cared deeply about getting it right. I'll remember those people the most. Some of you I’ve known for years. Others I’ve only gotten to know since Q2. However long we worked together, you made a lasting impact on me, and I’m grateful for the time we spent in the trenches together building a better Internet. A new adventure starts Monday because I'm apparently incapable of relaxing, but for now, our time together feels much too short. Please stay in touch. 🧡

During my run, I launched a new category campaign, built new solutions campaigns, and architected pipeline-accelerating programs. But I'm most proud of having led a team of high-achieving campaign marketers. Thank you Mina Moein, Dylan De La Housaye, and Kay Palmer for pushing the limits of what campaigns can be. Building together has truly been a career highlight. None of what we built would have happened without the managers who trusted my vision and kept handing me stretch opportunities along the way: Brooke Leslie, Caitlin Romano, Matthew Mullin. I have endless gratitude for you. I'm closing this chapter on my own terms, proud of what I accomplished, and excited for what's ahead. More to come on my next opportunity soon!

This was my fourth Connect on Tour in Sydney, and seeing it grow larger each year shows how deeply our message is resonating with customers across the region. With over 1,200 leaders registering to discuss secure AI adoption, key conversations ranged from our CISO sharing our rollout of 200 AI agents to frontier cyber models and even a spontaneous round of applause for the topic of Post-Quantum Cryptography. Through keynotes, demos and hands on labs, the connection between security and developers has never been more important or more apparent. Yesterday I built a fully functional, shareable calculator app in less than 10 minutes. That may not sound like much to a lot of people, but it was built by a BDR with zero coding experience using Cloudflare’s internally built employee AI. What stood out to me wasn’t just the speed. It was the fact that I could go from idea to something real, usable, and shareable without filing a ticket, or getting stuck in a backlog. That’s the power of giving employees the right tools. At Cloudflare, people have already used OS to build dashboards, automate processes, and create systems that are driving efficiency and productivity across the board. AI like this isn’t just about answering questions. It’s about putting real creation power in more hands so teams can solve problems faster, improve workflows, and move with way more momentum. And that’s what makes this exciting: when companies give employees access to a developer platform like this, they unlock creativity at scale.
