👇 #InteligenciaArtificial #Innovacion #BancaDigital #CaixaBank #Salesforce #Agentforce #CustomerExperience #TechNews Marcos Tarjuelo, Salvador Rojas, Ruben Morín Martín, Albert Valls Tosca, Enrique Polo de Lara, Oriol Civit

#CaixaBankTech #IA #IAGenerativa #AgentesIA #AgenticAI #BancaDigital #CustomerExperience #Innovación #TransformaciónDigital #AgentForce #Cosmos 🚀 Today at CaixaBank Group, we’re taking a meaningful step forward in our journey with generative AI and agentic AI. We’ve rolled out in our mobile app an AI agent that supports customers throughout the onboarding/contracting journey, starting with pre-approved loans. This agent converses with customers, answers questions, and can help simulate and shape the loan setup (installments and terms)—directly with the customer. 🧠 For us, the agentic layer is not just about responding: it’s about supporting decisions, reducing friction, and orchestrating technology + processes with rigor, putting trust and customer experience at the center. 🤝 This milestone is the result of the collaboration across many teams within CaixaBank Group, and the effort of many people and partners—very much part of our CaixaBankTech DNA, with a clear delivery mindset. Thank you to everyone who made it possible. 🔜 This is just the beginning. We’ll keep evolving these capabilities and progressively extending them to more customer moments within the app. #CaixaBankTech #IA #IAGenerativa #AgentesIA #AgenticAI #BancaDigital #CustomerExperience #Innovación #TransformaciónDigital #AgentForce #Cosmos https://lnkd.in/ePnWsNrECaixaBank lanza su primer agente IA para contratar productosCaixaBank lanza su primer agente IA para contratar productos

Arsenio Otero ha compartido estoArsenio Otero ha compartido estoWhy am I such a strong advocate of #DigitalImpact? Because I get to see everyday how much digital solutions can change a business or an organization. Solutions developed by Salesforce are among those: from #CRM to #AI agents as Agentforce, through #Data Cloud or Revenue #Cloud, the potential to improve productivity and revenue is huge for our clients, with impressive use cases, notably in Financial Services, Energy & Utilities or Public Sector. Imagine we could build CRMs where the C stands for "Citizen"… Where you could file a complaint and track its progress, or monitor your employment path as a job seeker, with the same discipline as a business deal? Ourselves at Inetum have implemented in 4 months a group-wide Salesforce CRM that proves to be a whole new culture change, gives us unprecedented insight on our sales and unlocks value. We got to spend an inspiring and fruitful day in San Francisco with the Salesforce team to share our common roadmap and identify how to make our clients win together. With over 500 consultants worldwide holding more than 1200 certifications, operational capabilities close to our clients and offshore centers of excellence in Europe, Latin America or North Africa, Inetum aims to be a top European partner for Salesforce and keep making an impact! Arsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoArsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoToday marks 10 years with Salesforce. Ten years in this 'Ohana — and I want to start by saying thank you. To my team members, past and present, who've pushed, challenged, and grown with me. To our customers, who trusted us with their most important transformations. And to our partners, who built alongside us every step of the way. This milestone is as much yours as it is mine. The biggest thank you goes to my wife Kim Beijer and my kids Obbe Reinders and Pleun Reinders, who taught me long before 2016 that we are in this together no matter what! Ten years also means ten years of continuous learning. Here are 5 leadership lessons that stuck with me along the way. A special thank you to all the leaders I’ve had the privilege to work with: Bob Vanstraelen, Miguel Milano, Alexa Vignone, Lori Steele, Mark Wakelin, Joseph Inzerillo, Jeff Amann, Eran Agrios, Arsenio Otero, Daniel Moriceau, Yana Petrova, Ulrik Nehammer, Simon Short, Marco Clazing, Nina Gmachl-Eshuis, Peter-Hendrik van de Poppe, and many more! 1. We're part of a unique ecosystem. Everything we do centers on helping customers connect to their customers in a whole new way. In this new AI era, that mission has never been more exciting. We continuously see the power of this ecosystem: driving change at speed and scale without losing sight of our core values. 2. Resilience and persistence beat the rollercoaster. Growth comes with highs and lows. One day you feel like the hero; the next, like a zero. What matters is resilience. As a leader, you have to hold two horizons at once: delivering this quarter's performance while simultaneously building the mid-term changes your business needs. 3. People first. Always. Authentic leadership proves itself under pressure — especially when your plan falls apart on day one and you have to adapt. Change is the only constant, and navigating it is a team effort every single day. 4. Real transformation needs real pressure. True business transformation only happens when there's enough pressure — and when it becomes personal for the customer’s leadership team. Without that, you get a like-for-like technology swap at best. In this agentic era, navigating the road ahead requires both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation from everyone involved, especially senior leadership. 5. Build vs. buy is still the question. Even as AI unlocks near-unlimited possibilities, the build-vs-buy debate remains as relevant as ever. The real question is: where should you focus your energy to uniquely compete? Identify what truly sets your business apart, and leverage standard platform capabilities for the rest so you can focus your time on people, process, and data. Here's to the next 10 years!

Arsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoArsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoThe future of business isn't just about adapting; it's about leading the charge. Today, I am absolutely thrilled to welcome Isidro Quintana to our Salesforce ‘Ohana as our new Mexico 🇲🇽 Country Leader and Sales SVP! Mexico is an incredibly vibrant, dynamic market with unstoppable potential. As we build upon our monumental $1B investment in the country (https://lnkd.in/gKMybY4F), there is no one better than Isidro to help us write this next great chapter. We are standing at the threshold of the Agentic Enterprise era. To empower our customers to unify their people, AI agents, apps, and data on one trusted platform, we need leadership that is not just experienced, but truly visionary. But transformation isn’t just about technology—it’s about people. I am deeply proud that as we push these boundaries, we are doing it together as a Great Place to Work® Best Workplace in Mexico, a Best Workplace for Women in Mexico (2026) (https://lnkd.in/giN6_-F2), and one of the Best Workplaces in Latin America™ (2026) (https://lnkd.in/gnnuYjsd). Arsenio Otero ha recomendado estoWHAT an Earnings Call!! $11.3B FY27 Q2 Revenue. 7B AWUs delivered. $3.9B Agentforce & Data360 ARR. $46.1-$46.4 FY27 Revenue Guidance ($300M raise in CC). $15.2B TTM Free Cash Flow. $5.9 Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings per share. Marc Benioff's energy was tangible. SaaS is evolving, and we are leading the change. None of the SaaS-pocalypse predictions have come true for us. Our systems are showing a level of value we’ve never seen before. AI and Agentic is amplifying the need for trusted context and deterministic execution. That is Salesforce! NNAOV (Bookings minus Attrition) growth is the strongest it’s been in 4 years. Attrition is near its lowest level ever! And contract duration increased across all segments. Our Subscription & Support Organic revenue growth is re-accelerating in H2 as we predicted! We have higher free cash flow and revenue rates than some of the biggest name brands you know and love. This was a quarter to remember, and I want to thank our teams, our partners, and our customers for trusting us to make this happen.

Arsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoArsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoA chapter closes. A new door opens. Today marks my final day in ECS. Nine years. Nine years built around a simple purpose: to influence others and help them go further, faster. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to grow during that time — from a first line leader to a third line leader, and ultimately to leading the Run Rate Engine of Salesforce’s Enterprise business. What started as 25 ICs grew to 60, supported by 10 incredible leaders. A $40M business became an $85M business. I’m proud of those numbers. But they aren’t what I’ll remember most. I’ll remember the people. Showing up every day became easy because there was always someone to believe in, challenge, support or create an opportunity for. I’ve watched people step into leadership. Become Global Account Managers. Transform their earning potential. Take risks on themselves and build careers they once weren’t sure were possible. But the moments that stay with me go far beyond Salesforce. Engagements became weddings. Couples became families. Children arrived. Career breaks were taken. Confidence was found. And, in many cases, belief was unlocked where it didn’t exist before. I’ve always believed there is gold inside people. Leadership, for me, has never been about having all the answers. It is about helping people see what is already inside them, sometimes before they can see it themselves. And somewhere along the way, while trying to help others grow, I grew too. I became a better leader, but more importantly, a better person. There was something beautifully full circle about my final day being wrapped up by Miguel Milano ,someone who supported me when I was an IC, backed my first step into leadership and has continued to believe in me throughout the journey. Miguel, thank you. It meant more than you probably realise. To every leader, AE, partner, mentor and friend who has been part of these nine years: thank you. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for your honesty. Thank you for the standards you held me to. Thank you for letting me play a small part in your story. I leave ECS with enormous pride, gratitude and a lifetime of relationships and memories. My values remain the same: accountability, integrity and authenticity. The chapter closes. The purpose doesn’t. Now it’s time to open a new door and take everything these nine years have taught me into the next chapter. Arsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoArsenio Otero ha reaccionado a estoAfter 14 incredible years at Salesforce, I’ve decided to step away from day-to-day leadership as Chief engineering and customer success officer. I will continue to be an advisor to the CEO for the next year to fully transition my responsibilities. It is hard to overstate how much Salesforce has meant to me and my family. It has been the highlight of my career and the honor of a lifetime. I joined when we were a $2B company and the mobile revolution just started with the iPhone. We are going to end this financial year at more than $46B dollars as per our guidance. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of leading our technology, customer success, professional services, and South Asia business units over the years. Helping them grow and thrive has been a tremendous experience. A huge thank you to Marc and Parker for continually placing their trust in me over the years, and to the Board, Marc's Leadership Team, and my extended leadership team for their passion, partnership, and for living our values day in and day out. To my colleagues across every team: thank you for making this the best 14 years of my career. The send off at Laulima is something I will always cherish and I’ll always be cheering for this Ohana and congratulate and wish the new leadership the very best. To all our trailblazers , you are one of the main reasons Salesforce is successful and it has been a honor meeting you especially at TDX, DF, TruetothexCore, and a number of other events. And to our customers thank you for trusting us with your transformations. Your success has always been the driving force and watching you navigate change, especially the shift into the agentic era, has been the most rewarding part of this journey. Thank you to everyone who reached out personally with your messages of support and advice. I’m going to take some time to reflect, recharge, and plan my next chapter. With deep gratitude, Srini 🙏🏽

Arsenio Otero ha recomendado estoArsenio Otero ha recomendado estoWatching the changing landscape of AI leadership over the last couple of years reminds me of those hyper speed time lapsed charts that so impactfully visualize the power of disintermediation, only 100x faster. As I considered my next move, I kept coming back to the realization that generating answers is just the starting point, and the real magic happens when technology can actually get the job done end to end for a business. That commitment to delivering complete results is why I'm excited to share that I've officially joined Sierra AI as Head of Asia-Pacific. In just a few short years, Sierra has become a force in helping companies build their own AI agents for all parts of their customer experience. What also has me excited is how Sierra is upending the way customers realize value. Outcomes have been something businesses have chased for a long time, everyone wants to say their AI investment is delivering results. Sierra has taken that further than I've seen anywhere else, putting itself on the hook for the outcome the same way its customers are, which changes how fast they move and how likely they are to get there. In other words, the customer pays when the agent actually solves the problem, not because they have an agent or tokens that they have to pay for every month regardless of what happens. It shows up in the product roadmap too. Most AI agents today handle one conversation and move on. Sierra recently launched Horizon, which lets an agent stay with a problem over days or weeks, the way a person would. Think of a loan application or a healthcare authorization that normally takes dozens of calls and texts between a patient, a specialist and an insurer. An agent that can carry that whole thread, learning as it goes, is a genuinely different idea of what software can do. Increasingly, these long-horizon agents are driving revenue growth through sustained, multi-week workflows like closing complex sales, originating loans, or managing healthcare authorizations. On top of that, Voice Personas is just another example of how fast this team moves from idea to something hugely impactful. (See: https://lnkd.in/g8k62u-h) But even with the greatest tech, it comes down to the people leading that vision and building an equally compelling culture. This is a great interview for anyone that's curious about our founders and what they are building here at Sierra. (See: https://lnkd.in/g9T-MU4i) Thank you Bret, Clay and Eric for the trust. Now let's go do this!

While many are worried there will be no entry level jobs for new graduates, we are doubling down on grads with computer science degrees who are "AI Native". Honestly, I think we all can learn a lot from these team members who will come in with a natural curiosity, deep technical expertise, and a fresh perspective of trying new things! One of the most important roles we're hiring for right now is the Leader of these new Grads! This isn't traditional leadership position. It's blending people leadership, technical depth, early career mentorship, and program development — developing the foundation for our new grad program. We have open roles based in NY and San Francisco (in office required as that is where our Grad Hubs will be located). Sound like a fit? Please Apply (link in comments)!

4️⃣ Pensar bien versis saber herramientas Filosofía, lógica y pensamiento crítico no caducan. Las herramientas pasan. Ya lo vemos últimamente. 5️⃣ Adaptabilidad versus conocimiento estático Aprender a aprender. Punto. 6️⃣ Conexión humana versus simulación La empatía real será más valiosa que nunca. Según ellos no se trata de competir con la IA, sino de desarrollar lo que nunca podrá reemplazar. Yo estoy bastante de acuerdo... ¿vosotros? 🙄 #IA #Educación #FuturoDelTrabajo El enlace al artículo del Wall Street Journal: https://lnkd.in/ei-xBWUq Foto de Gustavo Fring en Pexels
