Europe's largest telecommunications company is bringing AI into the contact center, to its consumer app, and into the network itself. Its AI call assistant runs on ElevenLabs, embedded in the network so it works on any mobile device that can make a call. That brings customers: - Live assistance during calls - Real-time translation - Call transcription and summaries Deutsche Telekom is also using ElevenLabs in their customer service operations. The voice quality keeps customers on the line with the AI agent, giving the agents the opportunity to resolve their questions end to end. What began as a set of app features in early 2025 has grown into an integration at the core of Deutsche Telekom's services - and our partnership continues to expand.

I'll dearly miss this place, my journey with AWS has been nothing short of a celebration. I want to thank every customer and colleague I have had the opportunity to work with. You truly have made this journey amazing, I'm incredibly grateful for all the opportunities, learnings, memories, and friendship I have made along the way. THANK YOU!!! As for what's next, I'll be joining ElevenLabs. Mark Stanton liked thisMark Stanton liked thisI've been exploring the maths on how to optimise agents, for both accuracy and robustness. Generally, robustness means small changes in inputs to system (e.g. a prompt) don't change the end outcome much (e.g. an agents answer). When building AI agents, it often seems small changes to the prompt can make or break they agent. They are very fragile. Part of the issue is we don't really know what small is. Unlike distance in a 3d space, there is no good definition for the distance between two prompts. Without this definition, its hard to have a reliably good optimisation or reinforcement learning routine. So I did some exploration and found some good statistical measures that are a a near-distance with distance and can help provide the foundation for a more mathematically provable robust agent. Interestingly, these show that distance is a function of both the prompt and the question being asked. https://lnkd.in/gg6dfFka

What a story! 🐭 I deliberately bought the book for my daughters third birthday because I was tired of the shocked faces from fellow parents when I said I hadn't read it. I knew the Brand, I didn't know the Story. Now, I'm even more obsessed and we are reading it every bedtime. So people, take note. You can build a good brand, but if you tell great stories, your brand will build itself.

I joined in August 2018, when we were a brilliant, scrappy sales team still trying to define our position in the Enterprise market. A combination of strategy and grit (and a great product) helped us scale revenue from $8M to $100M+ ARR. Along the way, there were: - Consultative sessions with the Vimeo creator community about monetization - Finding the answer to "What is Vimeo Enterprise?" — and then launching it - Launching Vimeo AI and defining what it meant for our customers - Making $100K deals the norm - Proving $1M+ deals were possible — then proving they weren't a fluke - 5 promotions, an IPO, an acquisition, and countless memories with better friends than I could have imagined There are so many people to thank, but for now I want to highlight the sales/revenue leaders who shaped this time in my career: Mahdi Motamedi, Josh Normand, Stuart Barnes, Rob Cocks, Javier O., Elizabeth Henry, and Giuseppe Cannarozzo. I am thankful for each of your leadership, enthusiasm, and trust over the years. As for what's next? I'm looking for my next sales leadership role in the AI, cloud, and enterprise SaaS world. I'm already so inspired by the conversations and possibilities, and I am looking forward to finding the next opportunity to help a team grow and scale. Marketplace.govt.nz is an online market that facilitates the New Zealand government's procurement process by linking businesses that offer services and sell products with government agencies that wish to buy them. It seeks to reduce the time, cost and effort for agencies to procure, negotiate and manage engagements with suppliers for government agencies. With 234 government agencies, 900 suppliers and over $874m spent through Marketplace, it’s a great place for suppliers to list their services. 2026 is going to be a big year for digital identity in New Zealand, with the first credentials due to be issued and the digital wallet in the Government App coming soon. This new channel will enable a thriving market and connect agencies with suppliers to get more digital credential work underway.
