I asked some Mass Effect Universe devs about this and this isn't even true. There were same sex romances of course, but no flags in the game which isn't even said in the article itself. - oh absolutely, the article doesn't even say it was in game. I think there's a real conversation to be had about censorship with the buyout but spreading misinformation helps nothing
