Nikki Johnson shared this🚀 🚀 🚀 🚀 🚀 🚀 When I said YES to ExtraHop almost 2 years ago, I had a mix of excitement and nervousness, but this journey has been amazing and it is only getting better! They said 'think big...' So we took it literally! Seeing the Agentic SOC Alliance light up the heart of Times Square is a surreal moment for our team. The excitement and momentum we’ve seen since launching just last week has been nothing short of incredible. We are beyond thrilled to keep moving in this direction, pushing the boundaries of security, and building the future alongside our incredible partners. And to think this is just the beginning! Adversaries are now operating at machine speed. Using AI, they can find vulnerabilities, weaponize them, and move laterally in minutes. Security operations centers (SOCs) can’t keep relying on human-speed, manual triage to fight back. Thank you, Nasdaq, for celebrating with us and helping get this critical message out to the world! Nikki Johnson shared thisThis is pretty major - pay attention and this will be the moment that changes how the industry looks at the AI within the SOC. "So the question in front of every CISO is not which AI product to buy. It is what the SOC should be organized around now that no human is fast enough to sit at the center of every decision. That is an architecture question, and it deserves an architecture answer, one you can take to your board with conviction rather than hope." I'm proud to be a part of a company that has Greg Clark at the forefront of this vs waiting to see what happens. Follow along and find out. Nikki Johnson reposted thisIt's a tough job market out there.. To anyone in my network that might have a potential open role, please DM me. To the recruiters I've worked with and know, anyone willing to maybe give some guidance on the best way to approach a job search in the current environment? Please reach out to me if you are willing to share a bit of your knowledge and wisdom with my daughter. Thanks!!Nikki Johnson reposted thisHi all! I am still on the search for a new role - preferably in Software! In my previous role, I contributed to each step of our development process: new React components for a more maintainable system, database updates, UI updates, upkeep on older APIs, creating new APIs, and communicating with our stakeholders on what was working/wasn't working. 2 years of experience has me looking at primarily Software Engineer 1 roles, but I'm also open to more customer oriented roles. If you have something you think I'd fit well in, please let me know!

Nikki Johnson shared thisI may have failed on reposting this on CO Gives Day, but any day is a great day to give to a great cause!Nikki Johnson shared thisToday on Colorado Gives Day, we’re proud to share a story that captures the heart of what opportunity can mean for Colorado learners. Meet Karina — a first-generation college student and mother who is working toward her bachelor’s degree at CSU Global. Before joining AdvanceEDU, she was balancing full-time caregiving with her dream of going back to school. With the right academic, financial, and career support, she’s building a future that feels meaningful for herself and her daughter. Watch Karina’s journey: https://lnkd.in/gSWJEx3f Every Colorado Gives Day gift made to AdvanceEDU this month is matched 1:1 through a generous donor, helping us open the door to more students like Karina. If her story moves you, please consider sharing it with someone who cares about expanding opportunity in our state. As we continue to add new geographies and more students served in the coming year, we sincerely appreciate your community and support. https://lnkd.in/guZ-TSGg Donate $100 or more and be entered to win Southwest Airlines tickets! #ColoradoGivesDay #EconomicMobility #StudentSuccess #AdvanceEDU #HigherEd #FirstGenerationCollegeStudent

Nikki Johnson reacted on thisNikki Johnson reacted on thisNine years ago, on the day of the Great American Eclipse, August 21, 2017, my brother Kai took his last breath. My brother lived life intensely and felt deeply. He embraced joy, sorrow, and anger with equal passion. He struggled with loss, whether profound or seemingly trivial, and although people gravitated toward him, loneliness was his constant companion. It is difficult to discern whether some of these traits were symptoms of addiction or depression, or the result of the traumas he faced. Perhaps they were encoded in genetics, a predisposition that has led so many in my family to struggle. We have lost others, too, while still others fight for recovery every day. Every year in August, I begin to feel it: the pull of Kai’s eclipse, making it just a bit harder to get out of bed in the morning and leaving me a little more raw when I share his story. Today is International Overdose Awareness Day, and today I share with you that Kai died of a drug overdose while waiting for treatment. But his life and his continued presence in mine cannot be contained in a day. The vibrancy of his music, the sensitivity of his soul, his enveloping hugs, the mischievousness in his eye-comes back to me throughout my days, often unexpectedly. I am still surprised by how close he can feel. When I play with my children using my brother’s 1989 Hot Wheels cars, or read a book with his name handwritten inside when he was eight, I see my brother as a child: curious, observant, and stubborn. At our mhca - Mental Health Corporations of America summer conference a few weeks ago, Jon Carmichael, known for his powerful photograph of the Great American Eclipse, shared a perspective that resonated deeply as I thought about my brother and how to move forward after his death: This universe is so much bigger than any one of us, yet it connects all of us. I continue to advocate passionately for behavioral healthcare and to support leaders and organizations working to provide care when people need it. But when I think about my brother’s journey, what stands out most is the power of compassion. If I could go back, I would have more compassion for the scars he carried and for his human flaws. I would have more compassion for the moments when my family or I simply could not help or had nothing left to give. I would embrace the beautiful complexity of my brother and the moments we had together. Treatment and resources for substance use are desperately needed. Each day that we fight for adequate funding, supportive policies, and advances in treatment, I hope we also extend compassion to those who are struggling, nurture empathy in those around us, and offer grace to ourselves for the limits and imperfections of our own humanity. Though the world is vast, we don't have to be alone. #internationaloverdoseawarenessday

Nikki Johnson reacted on thisNikki Johnson reacted on this"A well-known country music artist" 😊 said something last night about Dolly Parton that stopped me: “She might be the last American that everyone liked.” What a remarkable thing to be able to say about someone. In a time when it feels like almost everything, and everyone, can become divisive, Dolly somehow transcended politics, geography, generations, and genres. Maybe because she never seemed to confuse having strong values with needing everyone else to share them. She knew who she was. She treated people well. She gave generously. She made us laugh. And she never took herself too seriously. There are countless ways to measure a legacy. Being almost universally loved in an increasingly divided world might be one of the rarest. Well said, music man. And well done, Dolly. ❤️

Nikki Johnson liked thisNikki Johnson liked thisNews alert! Today, ExtraHop gave Agentic SOC analysts the real-time evidence to prevent AI-assisted attacks, debuting the first 400 Gbps sensor to fully analyze agentic enterprise traffic at line rate. Security tooling hasn't kept pace with the volume of data moving across today’s data centers and neoclouds, leaving SOC AI agents blind to the evidence they need to investigate and stop intrusions before impact. ExtraHop RevealX structures network traffic in real-time, giving agents the pre-correlated evidence needed to match machine-speed attacks with machine-speed defense, accurately and efficiently. "At 400 Gbps, the busiest networks in the world can hand their agents complete evidence instead of a sample, which is the difference between autonomy a CISO can defend to a regulator and autonomy that is confidently wrong at scale,” said Kanaiya Vasani, Chief Product Officer.
