I'm looking for someone who's spent the last few years living in a SOC. ✔️ Someone who has dealt with alert fatigue. ✔️ Someone who's investigated incidents. ✔️ Someone who has opinions about AI in cybersecurity because you've actually used it, not because you've marketed it. ✔️ Someone who understands the friction, the bottlenecks, and the reality of modern security operations.
