I was so honored to learn that I received the First Call Award. I’m lucky to work with truly some of the best in the industry, and being recognized by my peers makes this one especially meaningful. Thankful for my incredible sales teams, partners, and channel colleagues who make this job so much fun. Our results this quarter reflect our commitment to delivering disciplined growth - scaling rapidly to meet market demand while maintaining a highly efficient operation. Here are a few of the key highlights from the quarter: - Financial Strength: ARR grew 25% year over year to $3.5 billion, supported by strong execution in large deals which benefitted from strength in the public sector vertical and APJ region. - Rule-of-55 Performance: Driven by a powerful combination of top-line growth and financial efficiency, revenue reached $850 million (up 25% and above the high end of guidance). At the same time, we delivered a record 23% operating margin, $196 million in non-GAAP operating income (up 34%), and a strongstellar 29% year-to-date free cash flow margin. - Accelerating Zero Trust Platform Adoption: Enterprises are rapidly embracing our architecture to defend against sophisticated vulnerabilities uncovered by frontier AI models and the proliferation of AI agents. In Q3, our "Zero Trust Everywhere" cohort jumped to over 700 enterprises (up from 550+ last quarter). Furthermore, our non-seat-based, metered solutions delivered over 30% of new ACV in Q3 while the ARR tied to those offerings grew more than 100% YoY, proving that our ability to hide applications and eliminate lateral movement is exactly what the market needs right now.
