Most AI pilots don't stall because of technology or budget but because nobody answered the "day after" questions. Who owns this after launch? Who's accountable for governance at scale? What level of risk is acceptable? Yannick Misteli, Head of Engineering at Roche, with 100,000+ employees, operating across 25+ countries, shared how they moved past that stall point and scaled agentic analytics to 40,000+ users and 2 million queries in a single month. Your AI Agents shouldn’t just help you. They should help the whole team. Take this NDA Triage agent, built by Neerav Parekh, for example. Instead of every NDA landing on Legal’s desk, AgentSpot takes the first pass: 📄 Sales uploads the NDA 🔎 The agent reviews against the legal playbook 💬 It collects the context it needs ⚖️ It triages the agreement ✅ Sales gets a verdict + next step 📣 Legal gets pulled in automatically when human review is needed That’s the beauty of Multiplayer AI: one agent, coordinating work across multiple teams.

AgentSpot Showcase #5 🚀 Sales teams have a lot to keep track of as deals move through the pipeline. There should be an easier way for sellers to quickly understand where a deal stands, what might be missing, and what they should focus on next. Well, now there is. Meet Deal Sherpa, an agent built by Kienan Miller, Senior Revenue Operations Partner at ThoughtSpot. Deal Sherpa brings that guidance directly to sellers in Slack, giving them a real-time look at their opportunities and helping them stay on track as deals move forward. And it may even have a few other tricks up its sleeve... See for yourself in his full demo below 🤔👇 Oh, and I almost forgot the best part! Kienan built Deal Sherpa entirely on his own, starting with an idea he had to solve a challenge he was facing firsthand, but decided to share it with the rest of his org so everyone could benefit. Since sharing, Deal Sherpa has received over 20 “favorites” from colleagues who saved the agent to their team and now use it in their everyday work! One person’s idea quickly became a solution for 20+ others. 🙌

Who says you need to be technical to build your own AI agent? Liz Johnston, MBA, from our Customer Success team, built an agent for herself in AgentSpot and now her whole team uses it.

Our global people team don't get to be in the same room very often, so when they do, they make it count! Chicago welcomed the People Leadership Team and teammates from across the globe for strategic planning, a little architecture sightseeing from the river, and a dinner that reminded everyone why this team is something special 🏙️

🔊 Introducing Writeback x Spreadsheet in ThoughtSpot. The feature is the small part. Here's the bigger idea.. Our category has spent a decade optimizing the other half of the problem. We made data effortless to read, dashboards, natural-language search, AI copilots, all of it pointed at helping people see what happened. But seeing was never the goal. Deciding was! We've been shipping better and better answers to a question the business stopped asking. The question was never "what happened." It's "what do we do, and can we act on it right here." That's the bet behind writeback. An analyst works on live, governed data in a spreadsheet, and writes the decision, an adjustment, a target, a re-forecast, straight back to the warehouse. The analysis and the action finally live in the same place. No export, no shadow file, no broken lineage. I watched it land last month. A finance analyst pulled up a live model, found where the plan was breaking, and instead of exporting to Excel, wrote the adjustments and a revised forecast straight back to the warehouse. The re-forecast rebuilt in front of the room. From problem to committed plan in one session, on governed data. It reads like a feature. I think it's a shift in what analytics is for. From a system of record you look at, to a system of decision you act in, with governance intact the whole way. We're early, and there's real road ahead. But this is the direction I'm most convinced about, and the team that built it is exceptional. Thanks to Ruchita Bavishi Pratheek KB Pranov Kumar Abhijit Das Umesh Indoriya for building this!
