Also, my take on Sombra and Sigma being with Talon is that they are playing along for now. Everything that happened in the comic went down at the same time as the cinematic. Leaving with Doomfist was an escape route out of Rome. Evantually they will go their own way!
Vendetta was always set up to eventually fail, as she was way too consumed by rage and ego, which led to her alliances breaking and her past mistakes catching up to her. I do think some aspects of her are wasted. But I also think its not surprising Doom got the upper hand.
People saying doom should have killed Vendetta clearly misunderstand his character
The reason why he does not kill her is because ''Trough conflict we evolve'' he WANTS Vendetta to come at him again when she has grown and adapted. And he wants her to learn that lesson.
