Just like when the crossing closed last May, there will be changes and shifts in fundraising for Gazan families. Many families considering evacuation may instead seek to use their fundraisers to rebuild, survive and pay for medical costs.
We do not expect them to immediately update their fundraisers to reflect this. Instead, we encourage those not in Gaza to understand that our people are still in a precarious situation and need all of the help they can get.
The coming days will be full of many things. It will take time for Gaza to rebuild. We have martyrs still under the rubble. Our duty is to be understanding, dedicated and consistent. Our people need our help. The most honorable people on the planet need your help.

With Israel's bombing intensifying the need to donate and share to Gazan's campaigns intensifies as well. Regardless of the current state of the Rafah crossing, the situation changes by the minute and the support is needed for survival.
Please donate and share Raman's story and campaign for her family! Raman is a 23 year old math teacher in Gaza hoping to help her family stay together and survive together in hopes of getting much needed medical attention as well as continuing the education of her siblings beyond all of their massive losses.

Mais is the eldest of a family of 8, with their youngest member, Maryam who is just 7 years old. Having been displaced 10 times, with many life-endangering experiences like missile fragments, shrapnel falling into the garden of their original home , they continue to suffer so much loss.

With the Rafah Crossing closed at this moment (writing this 5.9.24 12:37AM PST), aid and food cannot enter so the cost of food and other necessities is astronomical. Donations during this time not only help for future registration to leave but also are important for current survival.
