Grab a new Secretlab sit-to-stand desk for $699 — Save $50 as the Magnus Evo receives its first-ever discount
Secretlab is a familiar brand name when it comes to PC gaming furniture, with many gamers and popular streamers around the world touting Secretlab's chairs and desks. They may be popular, but they certainly aren't cheap, so any chance to grab one at a discount or in a sale is not an opportunity to be missed. On this occasion, we have the Secretlab Magnus Evo sit-to-stand desk that's down to $699, saving $50 from its original $749 list price. Most importantly, this is the first time this desk has received a discount, so now is a good time to upgrade your PC and gaming setup with a shiny new desk.
The Secretlab Magnus Evo is a homogenization of Secretlab's Magnus Pro and standard Magnus desks. This sit-to-stand desk comes with an industrial-style, clean gamer aesthetic and dual electric motors for smooth and precise motion when raising or lowering the desk. With a range of motion between 28.3 inches and 46.1 inches of height.
The Magnus Evo also does away with unsightly cables as much as possible by first hiding the desk's power cable inside the motorized leg and second by using a host of magnetic cable trays and routing to let you tuck away the cables from your PC, gaming monitor, and other peripherals. You can choose which side to mount the leg with the built-in power supply, so that you can construct your desk to fit your home and have the power supply closest to the power outlet location in your home; this is a nice touch.
Secretlabs Impressive Magnus Evo standing desk with stylishly hidden cable management receives its first small discount. The Magnus Evo is a sit-to-stand gaming desk with a height adjustment from 28.3 inches to 46.1 inches..
As for the desk controls, they are seamlessly built into the superstructure of the tabletop, so you can't catch the arm of your chair on the control panel like with some other standing desk brands. The control panel also comes with three custom height presets and an on/off switch to lock the desk.

Standing desks are a noughties corporate fad that lives on zombie-like. Standing has since been shown to have very limited health benefit. Motion is what matters.
