Where To Find All Gnomes In Outbound

Cozy open-world exploration game Outbound blends crafting and a road-trip adventure with a peaceful, environmentally focused survival setting. Dropped into a utopian world with diverse landscapes and relaxation, you gradually transform your minimalist van into a functioning mobile home.

Designed to encourage exploration, Outbound has many secrets and hidden gems to uncover with an array of collectibles to find on your journey. The colorful Gnomes span multiple biomes, and while some are easy to spot, others take a bit more time to discover in this relaxing 'home on wheels' game.

Outbound Gnome Location

There are 50 unique Gnomes to collect in the first two biomes of Outbound, each with its own special style and name — some of which come from the Kickstarter backers themselves.

Tchii

Forest and Farm: Go North from Fire Lookout. When you find the river, go west until you hit the end of it.

Ratpack

Forest and Farm: North from Tchii in the Treehouse. Look for the rocking chair as you explore.

UncleGnome

Forest and Farm: Find this Gnome on a dock at the lake north of Fire Lookout — south of the Treehouse.

Darth Raxim MuadDib Sjet

Forest and Farm: South of the map (and the previous Gnome) is a Signal Tower. The Gnome will be hidden among the rocks.

Gillgear Sardinwhiff

Forest and Farm: North of the Treehouse and the lake where you find UncleGnome, there's another lake. This Gnome is located to the east when you approach it.

LittleAshThings

Forest and Farm: Find this Gnome on a rocking chair located southwest of the Fire Lookout.

ikookniet

Forest and Farm: Head towards the south cliff section at the bottom of the map. This Gnome is located inside a cave. You'll need the Pickaxe II to find it.

Pirate Gnome Rustbeard

Forest and Farm: There are four hilly/mound sections in the middle of the map near the Signal Tower. This Gnome is located in a house northwest of the previous one.

Banagnome

Forest and Farm: East of the ikookniet Gnome, you'll need to upgrade your van to find this one, as it's at the top of a steep incline.

Zacksonius

Forest and Farm: North of Pirate Gnome Rustbeard, this Gnome is at the foot of a wind turbine.

Grrrreat Scott

Forest and Farm: Following the river at the bottom of the map east, this Gnome is sitting on a well, which can be seen from the road next to it.

Cleeks

Forest and Farm: Northwest of the previous Gnome, find the picnic benches.

Gnomey McGnomeface

Forest and Farm: Northeast of the previous Gnome, climb the Windmill to access the roof of the Greenhouse. The Gnome will be on a chair.

Gary

Forest and Farm: Near the drawbridge on the bottom left section of the map, the Gnome is in the blue Lookout Tower.

Antiivvan

Forest and Farm: East of the previous Gnome, locate this one after upgrading your van. It's at the bottom of the cliffs by the farm.

Indiana Gnomes

Forest and Farm: Located at the same Windmill as Gnomey McGnomeface, it is found on the railing.

The Western

Forest and Farm: East of the map, this Gnome is in the garage of a farm. Pull the handle on the wall to raise the kite first.

Just a Gnomeal Guy

Forest and Farm: Southwest of the Windmill, this Gnome is sitting by a campfire.

Klaus Dieter von Zwergenthal

Forest and Farm: On the very right-hand side of the map, you'll need to upgrade your van to find the Gnome in the mountains by a machine and crates.

WitchHazel

Forest and Farm: At the very top of the map, northwest of the previous Gnome, WitchHazel can be found in a small cabin on the windowsill.

Jifferey Johnson

Forest and Farm: Upgrade your van and head southwest from WitchHazel to the farm area. It is on the edge of the cliff, southwest of the farm.

Haita the Shepherd

Forest and Farm: North of the previous Gnome, there's a cabin in the top right of the map. This Gnome is at the entrance to the next biome.

CarMagician

Forest and Farm: South of the previous Gnome, there is a lift in the mountains. Climb the ladder to find the Gnome.

Lindsey

Forest and Farm: Slightly southwest of the previous Gnome, find Lindsey on foot. It will be among a lot of rocks.

Kobel

Forest and Farm: Go to the farm area, south of the previous few Gnomes. At least one bridge needs to be fixed.

KingMat

The Coast: On the southwest area of the map, up a mountain, the Gnome is being held up by a log statue,

Ms Pikman

The Coast: East of the previous Gnome is a waterfall. The Gnome is behind the waterfall.

foths

The Coast: On the edge of the east side of the map is a waterfall. The Gnome is among some rocks.

Pink Samurai

The Coast: Northwest of the previous Gnome is the Lighthouse; swim to the small island. The Gnome is by a sandcastle.

DisenchantedGnome

The Coast: East of Pink Samurai is Heartmoor Float Village. The Gnome is in a yellow pool.

Thrax

The Coast: South of the previous Gnome is a circle of stones near the charging station.

The Nightowl Anya

The Coast: Near the Cap'n Snap area of the east is a beach with large slanted rocks.

BuzzY

The Coast: Bottom left of the map is a giant tree on top of the mountain. The Gnome is located near the entrance to the biome.

Lonaluff

The Coast: Directly at the top of the map is a small island. There's a shipwreck, and if you swim out, you'll find the Gnome on a float.

Cameron

The Coast: Southwest of the previous Gnome, on some rocks in the sea, is a cliff. The Gnome is on some rocks looking at the Lighthouse.

MrSniff

The Coast: Find this Gnome in a mailbox on the bottom left-hand side of the map in front of Paws and Whiskers Lounge.

Vato

The Coast: East of the previous Gnome are some coffee crops and flower boxes. The Gnome is among the flower boxes.

Laura

The Coast: This Gnome is located at the bottom right of the map, in yellow flowers to the east of the solar panels.

Andrew Gnammer

The Coast: North of the Laura Gnome is a cabin with a gear puzzle. Solve it to access the cave and find the Gnome.

Solareus

The Coast: Northwest of the previous Gnome, find this one at the same location as the Weather Station.

Noguella

The Coast: Near the bottom middle of the map is a blue tent.

Decima

The Coast: Slightly northeast of the previous Gnome and west of the coffee crops, there is a circle of birdhouses.

Dearling

The Coast: East of the Decima Gnome, located at the Farmhouse, fix the little watering robot to find Dearling.

Talked Tourmaline

The Coast: North of Heartmoor Float Village, find the Gnome in a cave.

Sir Gnomington of Banania

The Coast: South of the previous Gnome, this one is found in the northeastern area of the maze.

Ketchup

The Coast: At the same Lighthouse that Cameron is looking at, head to the top of the stairs and find Ketchup on the railings.

NoKAP

The Coast: There are several ponds north of Heartmoor Float Village. The Gnome is floating on a flamingo.

Kyanome

The Coast: South of the previous Gnome are flowers and beehives. Sitting in a tree is the Kyanome Gnome.

Dia

The Coast: At the far eastern area of the map, almost directly in the middle, are Coarse Ore's. Break these open to find the Gnome.

SirShrubby

The Coast: On the southern edge of the pond/lake near the Ms Pikman Gnome, near the coffee crops in the final Gnome of the biome.
