Business Development Specialist

We are looking to expand in the South Florida area by hiring a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for targeting new clients, building existing relationships with current clients, and identifying the best quality candidates in the market.

Job Responsibilities

• New Business development to build relationships to generate revenue
• Full desk model opportunity - includes recruiting talent, new business development to foster relationships with hiring managers, and account management.
• Use a variety of techniques to build client relationships to generate job orders
• Maintain client relationships to generate better outcomes for clients and candidates in order to place candidates on Permanent, Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, and Contract/Project opportunities.
• Cross Selling outside primary division to maximize revenue potential with other LOBs
• Identify candidates through cold calling, job postings, social media recruiting, job board sourcing, and referral generation.
• Placement skill sets may include anything to maintain a clients back-office: All accounting & finance roles from CFO to bookkeeping and accounting clerks. General administrative roles: Executive / Personal assistants to receptionist. General business roles: Customer service, compliance, and logistics. HR related: All HR - benefits, payroll, employee relations, and HR management.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Be able to manage multiple projects.
• Initiative to follow through on tasks and work in a fast-paced environment while working with a sense of urgency
• 4+ years of related experience preferred
• BS or BA highly preferred but not required
• Previous Staffing industry experience is highly preferred
