Brittany Schaefer reposted thisI have been fortunate in both my career and volunteer capacity to be led by inspirational leaders who provide purpose. It is the profound realization that real leadership is never about managing work—it is about inspiring and elevating the human spirit. Great leaders don't just chase goals, they inspire people. They don't just give direction, they give purpose. And they don't just make an impact, they leave a legacy. When you ground your leadership in vision and empathy, routine duties transform into a shared mission. People stop showing up just for a paycheck and start bringing their passion, creativity, and entire hearts to work every day. By connecting daily efforts to a higher calling, true leaders instill a deep sense of belonging and psychological safety. They understand that metrics fade, quarterly targets reset, and projects complete, but the purpose you ignite within your people endures forever. Brittany Schaefer shared thisWe are excited to announce ServiceNow Autonomous Security and our vision for Shift Zero. This is the AI-era security standard enterprises have needed: unified, autonomous, and built to move at machine speed. Come see me at Black Hat to learn more! Armis Veza ServiceNowBrittany Schaefer shared thisAs AI risk scales exponentially, I’m thrilled to announce ServiceNow Autonomous Security and our vision for Shift Zero. Today’s reality for the average enterprise is stark. Machine identities are doubling every 18 months. Vulnerabilities are hitting up to 300 a day. Yet most enterprises are trying to defend against AI threats using a patchwork of 70+ legacy tools and manual workflows. Operating on a human clock against machine-speed threats is a losing battle. To outpace the threat, defense must evolve to a state we call Shift Zero. This is driven by a single imperative: eliminating exposure before it introduces risk. ServiceNow’s full Autonomous Security portfolio delivers this vision through six distinct capabilities: • 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Consolidates vulnerability data with business context to automate remediation at scale. • 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐕𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Unifies code, cloud, and infrastructure risk governance onto a single platform. • 𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫-𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: Delivers non-disruptive visibility and continuous compliance across OT, medical, and IoT environments. • 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲: Governs non-human identities, service accounts, and AI agents under strict least-privilege controls. • 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞: Automates threat investigation and triage, freeing analysts to focus on complex attacks. • 𝐂𝐲𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Replaces manual, seasonal audits with continuous control monitoring in real time. These capabilities are powered by the depth of Armis and Veza inside ServiceNow. With our launch of Autonomous Security, we’re defining a new standard for AI-era cyber defense because security should never be the brake on business transformation. It must be the accelerant. In Shift Zero, an enterprise can answer – with proof – what every system is doing, why, and who is accountable. All without sacrificing speed, so AI adoption keeps moving at the pace businesses demand. To our world-class team, our partners, and our customers: thank you. Together, we are building the future of autonomous, resilient defense. Brittany Schaefer shared thisNew family, incredible mission - a lot more momentum. 🚀 A huge thank you to the ServiceNow team for the incredible welcome of the Armis team during our first Knowledge! The synergy between our teams is already sparking incredible conversations, and we are excited to see how the "better together" story delivers value for our customers. We're leaving Las Vegas ready to turn this excitement into a game-changing opportunity for our customers. #Know26 #K26Brittany Schaefer shared thisAs agentic AI scales, the question isn't whether your attack surface is growing. It's whether your governance can keep up. That's why we built Autonomous Security & Risk—an end-to-end security stack that moves organizations from reactive security to autonomous, agentic cyber defense. By bringing together Veza's identity governance and Armis's cyber asset intelligence on the ServiceNow AI Platform, we’re delivering full visibility into who and what has access across your environment, real-time intelligence on every connected asset, and detection and response at machine speed. Brittany Schaefer shared thisMany have asked us about Claude Mythos and I wanted to share #armis perspective.Brittany Schaefer shared thisThe Armis perspective on Anthropic's Claude Mythos 🔗 https://lnkd.in/e6KYhgeD With the release of Claude Mythos, we face an AI capable of discovering zero-days at a scale and speed that dwarfs human research. While initiatives like Anthropic’s Project Glasswing aim for defensive hardening, the reality is clear: the find-and-fix treadmill is officially broken. The solution isn't just adding more scanners - it’s a cohesive platform that moves beyond discovery into full-spectrum AI-driven cyber exposure management. In our newest deep dive, we share the Armis perspective - including how we’re helping enterprises transition from reactive firefighting to a scalable, automated engine for risk management. We break down: ✅ Why manual prioritization fails in a Mythos-driven threat landscape ✅ The 3 pillars of an effective shift in defensive posture ✅ Bridging the gap between Security and Engineering to remediate at machine speed #Armis #ClaudeMythos #VulnerabilityManagement #CyberExposureManagement #SecOps #AIsecurity

Brittany Schaefer shared thisThis past week at our Global SKO was a powerful reminder of what happens when a team goes ALL IN. Looking back on FY26, it wasn't just about our growth and the incredible customers we get to work with; it was about the relentless execution and the "game-changing" impact we delivered for them. I am humbled to have been named Sales MVP of the Year, an honor awarded annually to one leader. While my name is on the award, it truly belongs to the #West team. I want to recognize the incredible people who made our phenomenal results possible: Alex Mosher – Thank you for your leadership, guidance, and the trust you've placed in me. Christopher Dobrec – My true partner in crime. I could not do this without you. You're the engine behind our technical wins! Thank you for your leadership and for being in the trenches with me. Our Award Winners: Christina Foley (Strategic AE of the Year), Robert Driggers (Enterprise AE of the Year): Watching you both dominate your territories and go above and beyond for our customers was a masterclass in sales excellence. David Lambert (SE of the Year): Your ability to find solutions and deliver for our customers is unmatched. Andrea van Wagenberg (Partner Manager of the Year): Thank you for the engagement with our ecosystem and for bringing value to everyone at the table. I am THRILLED that Danielle Miller, Maryann Mooney, and Michael Greer will be joining us on the President's Compass Club Trip. Seeing this many West team "High Rollers" recognized at the highest level is the ultimate win for me. The energy for FY27 is palpable. Let's keep raising the stakes! 🚀FY27 is our year, and I am thrilled to work with every one of you - Alisa Moretto, Austin Harris, Bennett Norton, Christian Cervantes, Colm Foley, Derek Edwards, Isabella Sigler, Ronak Mandania, Sarah Cheney, and the entire #OneArmis.

Brittany Schaefer shared thisThank you Mohsin Bhanwadia for the kind words! Big thanks to all the talented people that have supported and influenced me personally and professionally. Today we celebrate the incredible women who lead, innovate, and drive our teams forward. Your brilliance makes us better every single day. Happy International Women’s Day! 💜 #WomenInLeadershipBrittany Schaefer shared thisI usually post about cybersecurity. Today I'm posting about the people who actually shaped me. 💜 This Women's Day, I'm not writing about trends or statistics. I'm writing about the women who showed up at every chapter of my life. My mom who taught me the value of life itself, and that love is best expressed through food. Every meal was a lesson in care. My wife the quiet force behind everything I've achieved. She keeps me grounded when I'd otherwise lose my way. My success has her fingerprints all over it. My sister the wall I've leaned on more times than she probably knows. Still standing strong, always. Ms. Krishnaveni, my elementary teacher who saw something in a young kid and patiently moulded resilience into me. I carry that every single day. Lee (Liesel) Ma'am, my middle and high school teacher who taught me to own my mistakes without shrinking, and that language is one of the most powerful tools we carry. Brittany, Heather, Angie, Lora, Ariel and so many colleagues and seniors I've had the privilege of learning from. Each of you taught me something no course ever could. If I started listing everyone, I'd never stop. And my friends the women who show up not because they have to, but because that's just who they are. You know I love you all I've been shaped, steadied, and stretched by women at every single chapter of my life. Today is just my small way of saying — thank you. Genuinely. 🙏 #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2026 #Grateful #ThankYou #WomenWhoInspire #Armis

Brittany Schaefer shared thisThis represents a significant step forward for our customers, partners, and the cyber community, as we officially launch Armis Centrix™ for Application Security.Brittany Schaefer shared thisAs part of Armis’ mission to lead and expand its Cyber Exposure Management platform, Armis Centrix™, we are extending our coverage to code and applications — enabling scanning, protection, and vulnerability prioritization across the entire attack surface (IT, IoT, OT, IoMT, Cloud, Code and applications). This marks an important step forward in bringing native scanning and protection for code and applications, fully contextualized, to everything else we already secure. With AI-assisted coding now accelerating development cycles to light speed, organizations cannot rely on a strategy of sprawled tools. That is why today we have launched Armis Centrix™ for Application Security. Our new solution tackles the modern challenges of rapid software development head-on. The goal with application security is clear: see everything, ignore the noise, and fix what matters fast. First, we’ve built AI-powered scanning across 130 languages and the entire software supply chain. Second, we’ve prioritized context, reducing false positives by 70%, so team’s time isn’t wasted. Finally, we’ve automated the handoff, sending AI-suggested fixes directly to the people who can implement them. Armis customers receive full, deep, end-to-end protection across their attack surface which includes code, from discovery and scanning, through to protection and prioritization, all the way to remediation. Thank you to the #OneArmis team for their efforts and dedication to launch Armis Centrix™️ for Application Security as we continue pushing the boundaries of Cyber Exposure Management. Saturday, Fawn Germer and I hosted a book launch for our new book, "Unbreakable Women: Real Stories. Hard Lessons. Unstoppable Strength." It was an incredible event with someone saying it felt like a mini women's conference, leaving them feeling inspired and reminded of their own strength and courage. If you know me, you know how much I value community, connection, and practical application. I'm always seeking to learn better behaviors to live the fullest life possible. Our guest speakers understood the assignment. Thank you Marie Quintana Dr. Brandy Baxter, AFC®, APFC®, PCC® Yasaman Hadjibashi Carla Giovannetti Dodds and Anne Witherspoon for sharing your raw and rich wisdom with us. You stories were a gift. Regardless of the individual stories, the strongest themes were surrender, self-love, and faith. Brittany Schaefer liked thisBrittany Schaefer liked thisA couple weeks out from Black Hat 2026, and I'm still reflecting on how incredible this event was: ServiceNow Security is HERE !!! Amazing to show up in such a BIG way and have the opportunity to share the ServiceNow Security story, architecture matters - and, introducing the principles of our shift-zero architecture, incorporating the category-defining innovations of Veza and Armis and our Risk and Security products. When we founded Veza in 2020, we believed that access permissions are the purest form of access. Every organization needed to see and control who has access to what — that identity and access had to be central to security. Six years later, that mission feels more urgent than ever now with AI Era - every AI App operates with service principals, AI Agent that access resources operates with dedicated service keys, singleplayer AI vs. multiplayer AI, Claude Tag access model, etc. Walking through the Black Hat show floor, meeting with security leaders wrestling with identity sprawl, least-privileged access, and the explosion of AI-driven risk... it's clear: the identity conversation has never mattered more. A huge thank you to the ServiceNow Security & Risk teams, and everyone who stopped by to hear what we're building together. The fact that we can now bring this identity security into the heart of the ServiceNow platform — woven into workflows, governance, and AI Agentic security — that's the moment we've been working toward. Brittany Schaefer liked thisBrittany Schaefer liked thisLast week my AI agents did over 200+ hours of work. So many people that speak about AI agents, also talk about how messy and unruly they are. I'll tell you my secret - it's all about the agents' source of truth. For years our project statuses lived in our heads. And while some people are good at writing everything down, I'm pretty bad at keeping notes. And if you're trying to use agents in an environment like that, you're doomed to fail. So we flipped it. Context layer first, agents second. That's what has been pulling me into monday.com and their newly released agents. With real access and real context, they can: - Actually execute task themselves. - Provide fully detailed reports and keep plans on track. - Share and contribute to the same knowledge base as the rest of the company. And this isn't just about project management. Sales, legal, HR... anywhere the context lives in someone's head instead of a system, this same problem shows up. Check out what monday.com is doing. (and thanks to them for sponsoring this post!)

Brittany Schaefer liked thisBrittany Schaefer liked this30 days in at Storable, and I’m even more excited about the decision to join than I was on day 1! There is so much to be energized about: a strong product, a meaningful position in the market, and a leadership team with real experience and ambition for what comes next. I also really like the moment we’re in. There is a willingness to look honestly at how we grow, how we operate, and where we need to evolve. For me, that has meant getting quickly into the work around pipeline, operating cadence, data, sales productivity, and strengthening the Revenue Operations foundation. We’re also kicking off some work I’m particularly excited about and well-versed in — taking a fresh look at segmentation, coverage, capacity, roles, and how we remove friction across the customer lifecycle. On the tech side, there is a real opportunity to rethink the architecture that supports the entire GTM — not just lead-to-cash, but lead-to-lifecycle. Better integration, governance, data, automation, AI, and a more intelligent system of action can fundamentally change how our teams work, how we support customers, and how quickly we can move toward the future state we want to build. I’m also excited about the opportunity to build the team around this work. I’m hiring for several roles now and will soon be posting a Director or Senior Director-level Sales Operations leadership role for Storage! I feel so good about the choice I made. There is a lot to build, a lot of opportunity ahead, and I’m excited to be part of what comes next. #Storable #RevenueOperations #GoToMarket #Transformation #Hiring

A recent GTM pulse survey shared on the Innovative Revenue Leader podcast revealed a major perception gap inside revenue teams. Executives believe growth is happening. Sellers feel the pressure and are far less optimistic. The episode dives into: • Where AI is actually helping sellers today • Why sales effectiveness tops seller priorities • Why alignment still struggles when it matters most If you are thinking about sales performance, AI investment, or closing the gap between strategy and execution, this is a strong listen. Most 1:1s fail before they even start. - If your prep happens in the 90 seconds between meetings… - If the agenda turns into a deal review… - If your rep leaves without clarity or coaching… You’re not alone. I made those same mistakes early in my leadership career. And after a decade of leading sales teams, I kept seeing the same pattern across every org. 1:1s weren’t broken because managers lacked skill, they were broken because managers lacked structure. So I built something simple to fix that. 👉 The One-on-One Generator: https://lnkd.in/egsbuGze Here’s what it gives you: ✔️ Performance context ✔️ Priority alignment ✔️ Development prompts ✔️ Targeted coaching questions ✔️ Commitments and next steps Just enter a few details: rep name, quota progress, recent performance, and meeting focus and with one click, it generates a customized 1:1 agenda you can use immediately. No fluff. No generic templates. Just sharper, more intentional conversations that actually move performance. Whether you’re leading reps or leading leaders, I built this to help make your 1:1s more consistent, more impactful, and far easier to run. Hope it helps. Try it out this week and let me know how it goes.

Ever notice how most “partner training” feels more like a compliance checkbox than a growth engine? We’ve spent years helping companies flip that script, turning partner learning into real sales performance. It starts with designing programs that make partners want to learn because they see the impact on their bottom line. Here’s a quick read on what separates average programs from the ones that actually drive revenue: 👉 https://lnkd.in/gAksN8wx
