am absolutely thrilled to share that I have been honored with the FY23 Champion award from Microsoft for leading one of the most exciting and challenging projects during my time here. I lead the effort to enable Global ISVs to sell their Marketplace offerings to enterprise customers in Australia while working alongside a remarkable team of 40+ colleagues from diverse domains such as Product, Engineering, Tax, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
The outcomes of this project…am absolutely thrilled to share that I have been honored with the FY23 Champion award from Microsoft for leading one of the most exciting and challenging projects during my time here. I lead the effort to enable Global ISVs to sell their Marketplace offerings to enterprise customers in Australia while working alongside a remarkable team of 40+ colleagues from diverse domains such as Product, Engineering, Tax, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing.
The outcomes of this project have been truly rewarding. We successfully unblocked multi-million-dollar channel for Marketplace sales in Australia, opening up new business opportunities with strategic ISV partners contributing to additional Millions of dollar worth of billed sales for Marketplace from Australia and countless value to our partners.
Throughout this journey, I had the privilege of learning some invaluable lessons such as building and motivating teams, collaborating with colleagues across four continents, delivering on tight deadlines, forecasting risks and implementing mitigation plans, harnessing the expertise of SMEs, and developing a robust GTM strategy to attain KPIs were just a few of the key takeaways.
I am truly honored and grateful to be part of a company that empowers its employees to take on such transformative projects. Looking forward to many more exciting challenges ahead!
