With a large, multi-state hourly workforce and increasing complexity across operations, the organization is at an inflection point—strengthening how people strategy, systems, and execution support the business end-to-end. We’re looking for a business-first HR leader who can align people strategy to operational execution and drive measurable outcomes across the organization. I had the chance to extend an incredible offer to a truly well-deserving candidate, stepping into a role that better aligns with her life and priorities. Hearing the excitement in her voice was amazing… but hearing her husband and family celebrating in the background made it even better! This feels especially true as we celebrate a big milestone today too: Aurora starting kindergarten! 😭 Lots of transition, lots of excitement, and most of all, lots of gratitude. ♥️ Thankful for the memories we created, the lessons we gained along the way, and the opportunity to come back refreshed and ready for what's next!

What began as a desire to “look fit” has transformed into something so much deeper. Fitness has become the place where I learned what real strength looks like — not just in my body, but in my mind. Running, lifting heavy, HIIT training, cycling, coaching… every one of these has taught me that your mind is your greatest muscle. I don’t use “I can’t.” My inner dialogue is always: I’ve got this. Watch me. I can. I am capable. Those words have carried me through the hard days, the early mornings, the workouts that didn’t start great — but still started. Excuses are the biggest self‑destructor. Self‑doubt doesn’t get a seat at my table. Showing up for myself, day after day, has built a mental strength that spills into every part of my life. It’s helped me do the uncomfortable things, write down my goals, hold myself accountable, and take the steps to reach each one. Your mind is your most powerful tool. What a fabulous night at EVEREVE at Kelly Kirk (Tanke)'s live podcast and shopping event with Megan Tamte, founder of EVEREVE. I left feeling so inspired, connected with friends new and old (Allyson Reinert, Erica RoelikeDr Brenda BrummondKatie DeVries, Constantina W.) and yes, with some amazing finds I honestly NEVER would have picked out for myself! A big shout out to Stacy at the Edina location for helping me! Old friends. New friends. Great conversations. Women cheering on other women. It reminded me how much of life and business comes down to connection. Someone makes an introduction. Says your name when you're not in the room. Encourages you to try something new.
