Boaz Meridor reposted thisBoaz Meridor reposted thisThe first year we did this, I worried nobody would come. 4 years later I'm watching names register: women I only see once a year and some who text me in between. That's not an event anymore; it's a growing community. Cora Miller from Salesforce and I are co-hosting the Women Building the Future Luncheon at #Dreamforce, and we want to connect with the women leading the charge in construction, manufacturing, home & trade services, and similar industries. This is not another presentation, pannel or keynote. It's a room full of women who have actually run something hard, discussing what works and what doesn't. Let's talk about leadership and how we can practically apply AI to make our teams' lives easier. If you've been before, you know. Come back and bring one person who's never been. If you haven't, this is the one to start with! Wed, Sept 16, 12:30 pm, Salesforce Tower. Seats are limited. Register here 👉 : https://lnkd.in/gXUSYCUX

Boaz Meridor shared thisDreamforce is at its best when big ideas meet the realities of how businesses actually operate. This year, Uptima is bringing the conversation closer to the field: connected field-operations, practical AI, and turning connected sales and service into a true engine for growth. Proud of our team and excited to see customers, partners, and friends in San Francisco. Ping me if you like to meet #Dreamforce #DF26 #FieldService #AgentforceBoaz Meridor shared thisConstruction, Home and Trade Services, and Manufacturing are not usually the industries getting the red carpet at #Dreamforce. This year we're rolling one out. After years of working with these businesses, we’ve learned the real challenge isn’t the software. It's that four acquisitions later you have four ways to dispatch a technician, asset history that lives in one person’s memory (or a spreadsheet), and an AI pilot that’s still just a pilot two years later. That's the work we do. We unify your processes and build AI solutions that make life easier for your team. (One client even framed the process map we built with them and hung it on their wall!) 👉 Swipe through to see the type insights and fun we’re bringing to Dreamforce this year. Boaz Meridor reposted thisBoaz Meridor reposted thisMost of the #enterprise #AI conversation right now is still about the technology stack. #IPO's of huge tech companies, their Models, platforms, how you orchestrate and integrate it all. Those are real decisions, but they aren't what actually matters. What matters is whether the work changes. Do your teams move faster, spend less to serve a customer, make better calls, and get time back for the things that still need a person? The technology makes that possible. It isn't the goal. The stack on its own won't get you there. Drop a capable model into your business with no access to your operational data and no real sense of how decisions actually get made is a fast track to generic output that can demo, and helps you change nothing. What's different now is that the models, the data, and the context to ground them have finally caught up to each other at the same time. That wasn't true a couple of years ago. It is now. But, this isn't for the faint of heart. It's real work, not something you can just turn on. You're rethinking how the organization actually operates, not buying tools and flipping a switch. ---> Start with the outcome you want and let the technology, data, and context serve it. ---> Start with the stack and you'll end up with a lot of capability you never turn into results. The #technology is ready. The hard part is changing how we work to make the most of it. That's the part we spend our days on at Uptima, and we believe it's always worth getting right. www.uptima.com/ai

Boaz Meridor shared thisI’m excited to share that AJ Sawhney ☁️ has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Uptima. Over the past several years, AJ has played a major role in strengthening our delivery organization, scaling managed services, improving customer outcomes, and driving operational excellence across the company. More importantly, he has consistently demonstrated leadership, accountability, and deep commitment to our customers, employees, and long-term vision. This leadership evolution comes at an important moment for Uptima. Enterprise consulting is being reshaped by AI-native delivery, embedded agents, faster execution cycles, deeper operational integration, and outcome-driven partnerships. Uptima is building for that future: combining deep Salesforce expertise, industry specialization, and AI-enabled delivery to help customers solve complex service, revenue, and operational challenges. AJ will play an important role in helping scale that next phase of the company. I’m personally grateful for AJ’s partnership and leadership through both opportunities and challenges, and I’m excited for what we continue building together. Congratulations, AJ - very well deserved. #Uptima #Leadership #COO #AI #SalesforcePartners #DigitalTransformation #OperationalExcellence

Boaz Meridor shared thisAfter 30 years in transformation work, I have yet to see a customer declare victory on the day a new technology goes live. The real verdict comes later: when a dispatcher trusts the recommendation enough to change the schedule, when a field seller stops working around the CPQ solution and starts relying on it, when people feel the technology understands the business they are actually in, not the one imagined in a demo. And AI follows the same path. The companies that win will not be the ones that merely switch it on, but the ones that pair strong technology with deep industry understanding, thoughtful change management, and the discipline to stay with it after go-live until adoption becomes habit and value becomes real. That is why I appreciate Uptima being recognized here: not just for helping deploy AI, but for helping industrial and asset-intensive businesses make it stick through domain expertise, managed AI, and the human work that ultimately defines success. #Salesforce #Agentforce #AI #DigitalTransformation #ChangeManagement #ManagedAI #UptimaBoaz Meridor shared thisUptima is proud to announce we have been selected for the elite Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Partner Network! Salesforce is extending its internal engineering model to a select group of partners to help operationalize the agentic era, and Uptima, a Salesforce Ventures-backed Summit Partner was chosen based on our track record. As organizations adopt AI, many encounter a “production gap” where promising initiatives stall due to complex data environments, regulatory requirements, and system fragmentation. Uptima helps bridge that gap by connecting Everything to Revenue ensuring every deployment delivers measurable business value. Our approach is differentiated by: ✨ Aligning service operations directly to revenue outcomes ✨ Transforming fragmented data into a unified, actionable foundation ✨ Applying rigorous engineering standards for high-stakes environments ✨ Driving meaningful adoption and sustained usage The bar for FDE is high by design. We at Uptima are Proud to be in the room alongside top firms all with a shared goal to turn the vision of the Agentic Enterprise into a long-term, scalable reality. More to come! #SalesforceFDEPartnerNetwork #Agentforce #FieldService #Uptima #SalesforcePartners #AgenticEnterprise

Boaz Meridor liked thisBoaz Meridor liked thisI’ve attended ECFC conferences for the past three years, and last week’s conference in La Jolla was my best experience yet. Great location, great setup, and two very productive days reconnecting with friends and meeting many new people in the industry. I also had the honor and pleasure of facilitating a panel on how TPAs are actually using AI today. I learned a lot just preparing for the discussion with Joshua Dupuis, MBA and Steve Heist, and even more from hearing them share their real-world experiences, lessons learned, and practical advice with the audience. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the panel and contributed to the conversation. And a big thank you to ECFC, especially Rachel Rouleau, Nicky Brown, and the rest of the conference committee, for putting together such a thoughtful and effective event. Looking forward to the next one.

Boaz Meridor liked thisBoaz Meridor liked thisAnthropic put out a confession yesterday, and if you run AI agents anywhere in your company, read it before your next architecture meeting. They audited 141,000 of their own evaluation runs and found that during internal security exercises, their models broke into actual production systems of real companies. Pulled real credentials, queried a live production database, and in one case published malware to a public package registry, where it ran on real machines, including, and you can't make this up, the scanner of a security vendor. Another model scanned roughly 9,000 real targets before anything stopped it. What makes this interesting instead of just embarrassing is that nobody attacked anything. There was no jailbreak and no malicious prompt, nobody was trying to make the model misbehave. These were capture-the-flag exercises, standard security training stuff. The models were told the environment was isolated from the internet. It wasn't, because someone misconfigured the sandbox. So the model went hunting for its flag with real connectivity, found infrastructure that happened to match the scenario, and did exactly what a good pentester does when the door opens. The model wasn't wrong. The environment was lying to it. And that's the lesson worth taking into your next design review. Every safety property we assume about agents lives outside the agent. The sandbox, the network isolation, the "it can only reach these three APIs", all of that is a promise we made on the agent's behalf, and the agent has no way of knowing when the promise is broken. From inside, a missing wall looks exactly like an open door. Now translate that to your environment. Your agents hold valid API keys and they make authorized calls, and every single request they send would sail through any zero-trust check you put in front of it. BeyondCorp taught us to stop trusting the network and verify the identity behind every request, and that was the right call for humans. But the agent's identity checks out. Its credentials check out. What broke here was intent, and intent is the one thing that never appears in the request. Anthropic could afford to find this by re-reading 141,000 transcripts after the fact, because it was an eval. In production you don't get that luxury. By the time anyone is reading transcripts, the database was already queried and the package was already published. Whatever catches this has to catch it while the agent is doing it. One detail actually gives me hope: their newest model stopped mid-attack on its own, when it realized the target was real. The models are getting better. I just wouldn't build my security program on their conscience.

Boaz Meridor liked thisBoaz Meridor liked thisI just completed my 85th quarter end at Salesforce. I have never had more fun than I had today. I will keep open the possibility that I had as much fun in 2002 to 2005 when it was evangelical and we were competing for who had the most customers in the S1; or maybe when we got the last customer wire transfer in SteelBrick history with Max Rudman Godard Abel and Matt Gorniak (and then created external configurator for that same customer with Michael Hoefer). But I don't think any quarter end was as fun. WHY? Because I have a fleet of Agents unleashing the power of my incredibly innovative and creative team of AI natives who have embraced the power of humans and agents working together on Agentforce. I f'ng love my job right now!

Unit4's vertical ERP strategy faces a critical test as customer expectations escalate and a potential ownership change looms ⛰️⏰ Private equity owner TA Associates is reportedly exploring a sale of Unit4, adding uncertainty to an already pivotal moment for the mid-market ERP vendor. Many NetSuite users working on ESG reporting already have the data they need. Emissions data is available across the systems. The real challenge is understanding what it actually means. When emissions sit separately from financial and operational data, it becomes difficult to answer the questions that stakeholders ask all the time. ✦ Are emissions going up or down this quarter? ✦ Which scope is contributing the most? ✦ How does our footprint compare to revenue growth? ✦ Where are we spending more but not reducing impact? Without clear insight, reporting becomes a backward-looking exercise instead of something that supports decisions. This is where Liora, our AI assistant inside SuiteEarth built natively on NetSuite, makes a difference. It works directly on ERP data to turn emissions into usable intelligence, bringing together: ☑Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 breakdowns ☑Monthly & YoY performance tracking ☑Emissions intensity linked to revenue ☑Emissions compared with spend across vendors and categories. When emissions data is connected to business data, conversations change. Finance, procurement, and sustainability teams start working from the same source of truth and decisions become easier to justify. For organizations preparing for ESG disclosures, this kind of visibility builds confidence, not just for reporting, but for the decisions behind it.
