John Wheeler shared thisGrateful for the opportunity to join Cognizant’s Atlanta team last week for a town hall discussion with Representative Richard McCormick, MD, MBA. Many of our colleagues call Georgia home, with over half of them living right in the Congressman’s district. I opened the discussion by sharing how Cognizant operates today. We are a company of AI builders, working at the edge of where this technology is headed and navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with this territory. This is the same transformation Washington is working to understand and get right. My thanks to Representative McCormick for spending time with us and providing his perspective, and to the Cognizant Atlanta team for their warm welcome and thoughtful contributions. This conversation demonstrated why coming together in-person remains important even as technology allows us to connect from afar. #Cognizant #Georgia #AIBuilder Neil Björkman Betsy B. John Wheeler shared thisHappy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸 Today we celebrate more than a milestone - we celebrate 250 years of freedom, resilience, innovation, and the enduring belief that tomorrow can be better than today. Our history has never been perfect, but it has always been defined by people willing to serve, sacrifice, build, and strive to make this nation stronger for the next generation. I'm grateful for the freedoms we enjoy, for those who have defended them, and for the opportunities this country has provided my family and so many others. Wishing everyone a safe, meaningful, and joyful Independence Day. Happy Fourth of July, and here's to the next 250 years. God Bless America. 🇺🇸

John Wheeler shared thisProud to see our Global Business Resilience team recognized with this outstanding honor. This award reflects years of innovation, collaboration, and relentless focus on building resilience into how Cognizant operates every day. What makes this achievement especially meaningful is that it's about much more than business continuity—it's about creating the confidence that our clients, associates, and stakeholders can rely on us, even in the most challenging circumstances. Congratulations to Kevin Sluka and every team member across the Global Business Resilience organization whose expertise, dedication, and leadership made this possible. I'm especially proud of how our security, resilience, and business teams continue to work together to strengthen our ability to anticipate, adapt, and respond. Thank you to Stephen Delahunty CBCI for accepting the award in true 007 fashion. Well deserved recognition for an exceptional team. Congratulations! 👏 #BusinessResilience #CyberResilience #Leadership #Teamwork #CognizantJohn Wheeler shared thisThrilled to share that Cognizant's Global Business Resilience (GBR) team has been named 🏆 Strategy of the Year at the 2026 CIR Magazine Business Continuity Awards — one of the most competitive, independently judged resilience recognitions in the world. This reflects a genuine transformation: from reactive to anticipatory, powered by real-time intelligence, data-driven maturity models, and an integrated digital ecosystem that automates the full resilience lifecycle. Most importantly, the team embedded a resilience-centered culture across the entire enterprise. As our CSO John Wheeler put it: "They've turned resilience into a genuine strategic strength for Cognizant — one that protects our people and gives our clients real confidence in our ability to deliver, whatever the conditions." Congratulations to the entire GBR team. This one is well earned. 👏 #BusinessResilience #CognizantGBR #CIRAwards #StrategyOfTheYear

John Wheeler shared thisAbout two weeks ago, I had the opportunity to reconnect with Adam Geller on stage at Zenith Live '26 in Las Vegas — a global gathering of security leaders focused on the future of AI and cybersecurity. Adam and I actually started our cybersecurity careers together at a small managed security startup many years ago. It's amazing to reflect on how much our industry has evolved since then — and even more rewarding to reconnect on stage to discuss where it's headed next. One message resonated throughout the event: cyber resilience starts with a Zero Trust foundation built for the speed and scale of the AI era. During our conversation, we discussed how Cognizant is leveraging Zscaler's Zero Trust Exchange to strengthen security across distributed environments to better protect our employees and simplify our technology stack through consistent, policy-driven security. As AI accelerates business transformation, security architectures must evolve just as quickly — providing protection without adding friction. While it was an incredible experience to share the stage, moments like this are never about one person. They're built on the work happening across Cognizant's IT and Security teams every day — the people who are constantly thinking ahead, protecting our business, supporting our clients, and adapting to a threat landscape that grows more dynamic with each passing day. Standing on that stage was really a reflection of their collective effort, expertise, and commitment. I'm fortunate to represent such an exceptional team and grateful for the opportunity to share some of the work we're doing together. Thank you to Adam and the entire Zscaler team for the invitation and for hosting another outstanding Zenith Live. It's exciting to see our industry coming together to shape what secure, AI-enabled enterprises will look like in the years ahead. #Zscaler #ZenithLive #Cognizant

John Wheeler liked thisJohn Wheeler liked thisHere's a question that should keep every Board Director awake: If your company suffers material harm from an ungoverned AI system and the board had no oversight framework...is that a breach of fiduciary duty? The argument goes like this: Boards have a fiduciary duty of care and oversight. They're expected to monitor material risks to the company. AI systems are starting to take actions affecting customers, employees, financial outcomes, and regulatory compliance are material risks. A Board that has no AI oversight framework: no policy, no risk register, no named accountability, no review cadence...may not be meeting its duty of oversight. I'm not an attorney and this isn't legal advice. That said, I've spent enough time in boardrooms to know this: the cost of building an AI governance framework is negligible. The cost of not having one, if something goes wrong, is potentially existential. You don't need to be AI experts, you need three things: 1) Policy framework that defines risk appetite 2) Named executive who reports to the Board on AI governance 3) Enough technical literacy to ask intelligent questions when they do That's a governance structure, not a technology investment. It's the kind of oversight that protects the company, the shareholders, and the directors themselves. Is your board having this conversation? It may be the most important governance discussion over the next 12 months!

John Wheeler liked thisJohn Wheeler liked thisThis week, I am celebrating seven years with Cognizant. What drew me to this company was its rich heritage, built on deep industry expertise, an unrelenting drive for growth, an entrepreneurial spirit and an unwavering commitment to clients. Over the years, I've seen firsthand how Cognizant continually leads, innovates and sets new benchmarks for our industry. My journey here has been incredibly rewarding, shaped by the teams I've had the privilege to work with as we help our clients stay ahead and navigate an increasingly complex, fast-changing world. Reflecting on these seven years, each chapter has brought its own unique highlights: I spent my first 6.5 years leading Intuitive Operations and Automation (IOA), working alongside an exceptional team united by a shared drive to achieve and sustain Cognizant’s leadership through innovation, dedication and teamwork. Three years into that journey, I was trusted with an incredible opportunity to help build the Industry Solutions Group (ISG) It was a period of learning, experimentation and growth, and I am proud to see that business so well-positioned for its next phase of success. Now, five months into my role leading APJ, I am proud to call this region my home. I am deeply grateful to the team for making me feel so welcome. Together, we have a clear opportunity to drive performance, deepen client impact and realise our goal of becoming the AI builder of choice across our region. As I look back, I am reminded that our greatest achievements are still ahead of us. Every milestone is not just a reflection of what we have accomplished, but a reminder of what is possible when talented people come together with a shared vision. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Let’s continue to raise the bar, support one another and create success stories that inspire the next generation of leaders. Looking forward to celebrating many more milestones together!

CrowdStrike delivered a big beat w/ its $1.3B FQ4’26 earnings. A lot to like here: ending ARR >$5.25B, Falcon Flex subs ↑120% y/y, next-gen SIEM ↑75%, AI’s a healthy tailwind, and guidance is up. That’s just getting us started: Financial Performance → Revenue $1.31B, ↑23% y/y → Net new ARR of $331M in Q4, ↑47% y/y → Ending ARR crossed $5.25V, accelerating to 24% y/y growth → First year delivering >$1B in net new ARR ($1.01 billion, ↑25% y/y) → Operating income >$1B for the first time → Q4 subscription gross margin hit a record 81% → Returned to GAAP profitability with $38.7 million net income → FY27 guidance raised: ending ARR of $6.47-6.52 billion, net new ARR of $1.21-1.26 billion Non-Financial Highlights: → Cloud, identity, and next-gen SIEM collectively reached $1.9 billion ARR, ↑45%+ y/y → Falcon Flex subscriptions hit $1.69B ending ARR with 1,600+ customers → 380+ customers have already "re-Flexed" with average 26% ARR lift w/in 7 months → Average Flex customer spends over $1 million and uses nearly 10 modules → Charlotte AI usage soared 6x YoY w/ ARR more than tripling → MSSP business grew from sub-$100 million to over $1.3 billion in three years → CCP program customers (the incident response program) showed higher-than-average retention and expanded more than 2x the $80 million ARR value provided → Now transacting on Microsoft Azure marketplace alongside existing AWS partnership Can’t post without talking about AI: → CEO George Kurtz on the call: every enterprise deploying AI needs an independent protection layer. → Endpoint business accelerated for the 2nd consecutive quarter despite market assumptions that endpoint is mature; AI adoption is driving renewed demand → AIDR (AI detection and response from Pangea acquisition) grew 5x quarter-over-quarter in just weeks of availability; can AI security compliance mirroring EDR's compliance-driven adoption? → Kurtz framed AI/LLM providers as partners rather than threats, noting they secure "nearly all" the frontier AI companies themselves Great quarter.
