At Cascade AI, the team recently published Open Enrollment findings which show: employees want deeper help than just benefit selection, tools that understand employee circumstances assist decision-making, and anonymity changes the level of questions enormously. It's amazing to see Ana-Maria Constantin and Pulak Goyal and the team have uncovered in benefits - and employee services more broadly - in just a few years. A pleasure to work with you!Eve Stacey shared thisAs 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on how much Adapts has evolved and the lessons that shaped that journey. The year marked a fundamental shift for us. We moved from being an engineering-focused organization of four people to becoming a problem-focused one with a team of fourteen. We targeted one of software's biggest and longest-ignored problems: undocumented legacy code causing high maintenance costs and crippling modernization. By refining how we think, operate, and prioritize, we streamlined our approach and sharpened our product direction. Along the way, we delivered comprehensive documentation for more than twenty code packages within a month, while expanding support to include novel languages such as Stingray - in addition to the 26 languages we already support, including Delphi, COBOL, and Perl. While our core principles remained unchanged, 2025 reinforced the importance of continuous learning and adaptation. Iteration, focus, and the willingness to rethink assumptions became central to how we build and evolve. These lessons helped us lay a strong foundation, not just for growth, but for building things that truly matter. As we move into 2026, our focus is clear: continue building a strong ecosystem, expand thoughtfully across problem spaces, and scale with intention. AI is creating opportunities unlike anything I've seen before, and I couldn't pass up the chance to build in the middle of it. I've had the summer at Microsoft to wrap up this chapter, spend time with my team, and appreciate the people who made it so memorable. Joining Microsoft was a full-circle moment for me. After spending much of my career building Microsoft partner businesses from the outside, it was a privilege to serve the partner ecosystem from the inside. To my team: thank you. You made this chapter what it was. Every one of you brought a different superpower, perspective, and way of making the work and the people around you better. Together, you became a powerhouse. Getting to build with you, learn from you, and watch you transform how we go to market with partners was the highlight of this chapter. I'd bet on this team every day of the week. To the Americas Enterprise Partner Sales leadership team and my colleagues across Microsoft: thank you for embracing my outside-in perspectives and for the great partership. To our partners: thank you for letting me become Frontier alongside you! It's been a privilege to be part of this ecosystem. I'm excited about the opportunity ahead and ready to get back to building. Eve Stacey liked thisEve Stacey liked thisYesterday, we hosted our inaugural #CascadeSummit against the backdrop of Seattle Tech Week, with executives flying in from New York, DC, Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco, Nashville, Memphis, and beyond to explore what actually moves the needle in HR and IT transformation projects. It still feels surreal to be at this moment. Enterprise architectures are evolving fast, and the pace has only accelerated over the past quarter. The conversations we are having are no longer about “Are we ready for AI?”, “Can we trust it?”, or “How about guardrails?”. Scoping discussions have moved to something much more concrete: “Can AI agents automate high-volume work across our Systems of Record before they are up for renewal next year?” That’s exactly the conversation we were excited to have at Cascade AI Summit. I’m deeply grateful to our keynote speakers, presenters, partners, customers, and everyone on the team who helped bring our inaugural Cascade Summit to life. She ran the board again!!!! 150% of Quota Capacity! One rep almost had a $1m Q on a $1.3m annual number! Came in at $977k. (and only because I negotiated his last deal and took $25k off) 8 consecutive Qs where we have hit our number!!!! Every rep is above Quota for the year! 30% from Expansions! Customers are loving our Superhumans. Nothing makes me happier. We ripped out the incumbent on half the deals. They don't yet know the churn is coming. Sorry not sorry! 70% win rate against the 100lb Gorilla! And my favorite moments of the Q: Nigel joined a zoom at an onsite with us. Humans were all in the room. Nigel on the screen on zoom. His talk time was 31%!!!! We were all in person and Nigel carried 31% of the conversation. This led to an almost $300k multi-year deal, 14 day deal cycle! A public company CMO took a call from a boat while on vacation to get their deal over the line. We are 1mind, 1 brain to serve your entire GTM motion! 1 incredible team! 1 sick product! We are super humans building #Superhumans! I have to pinch myself. Thankful beyond words. I am not crying, you are. Okay I am. Thank you team!!!!! LFG!!!!!
