Executed the ground campaign in the surrounding areas of Orange County, CA, responsible for building the grassroots organization necessary to persuade, and mobilize voters for 2020 presidential nominating contests. We had 45 days to open 25 offices in California, and get over 15% of the popular vote.

Lead Irvine regional field office including managing 4 Field Organizers and over 239 volunteers

Responsibilities:
Lead Irvine regional field office including managing 4 Field Organizers and over 239 volunteers
Responsible for all aspects of the office including office events, visibility events, social sharing, calling voters, and training
Develop regional strategies and systems that lead to my team’s ability to successfully meet daily and weekly organizing metrics, as well as maintain data integrity
Build and maintain political relationships with local leaders in Orange County to increase buy-in and trust in the campaign at large
Work with state leadership to implement new communications, messaging, and digital strategies in Orange County
Ensure that all Field Organizing staff are properly trained on the technical aspects to be productive
Kept my team focused and motivated in a high-stress, rigorous work schedule and environment
Adhere to stated deadlines and maintaining effective communication with state leadership
