Christopher Fuller shared this“How’s the first month at the new job?” They sent me to Formula 1 in Austin. I’m managing. Four weeks into my new role, I got to spend this past weekend at Circuit of the Americas meeting MODO players face to face. Between engines screaming down the straight, I got to hear what they love, what they want next, and what we can do better. The best part? Seeing their appreciation firsthand. Hearing how much they enjoy MODO, which games they play every day, and what they’re hoping to see next. You can’t get that from a dashboard. A huge thank you to the Alpine Formula One Team for inviting us and for the incredible hospitality! Special shoutout to Lauren Burnett for going above and beyond to take care of everyone throughout the weekend. Truly an amazing experience! First month: 10/10. Earplugs strongly recommended 🏁

Christopher Fuller shared thisYesterday marked the end of an incredible chapter for me at SciPlay. After almost six years, I’m incredibly proud of what we built across Jackpot Party and Gold Fish. Both games meant a lot to me, and I was fortunate to work with teams that put so much care into every feature, Live Ops event, and player moment. What made those experiences special was the attention to detail and storytelling behind them. The teams genuinely cared about the product and the players, and you could feel that in what we created. More than anything, though, it was the people who kept me there. Coworkers became friends, mentors, and people I know I’ll stay connected with long after this chapter ends. I’m grateful for the memories, the trust, and everyone who played a part in the journey. I’ve spent nearly six years creating what’s next for players. Now I’m excited to show you what’s next for me.

Christopher Fuller shared thisAfter 8 years in the app, it was time to evolve Island Hop.🌴 A lot of games have some version of a pick em style mini game. The real challenge is finding ways to make those experiences stand out and continue feeling fresh for players over time. This side by side video shows the original version on the left and the updated experience on the right, highlighting a full modernization of one of our long running features in Gold Fish Casino. What started as a refresh became an opportunity to rethink the experience for both players and Live Ops flexibility. Some of the biggest updates include: • Support for multiple currency types • New Live Ops event integrations • Expanded theming & tuning capabilities • Updated art direction and storytelling One of the most rewarding parts of this update was finding ways to evolve a familiar mechanic into something that feels more dynamic, more flexible, and more engaging while still keeping the core experience players already enjoyed. Big shoutout to the entire Gold Fish Casino team for the collaboration, creativity, and effort that went into bringing this update to life. SciPlay

Christopher Fuller reposted thisChristopher Fuller reposted thisIn my nine years at SciPlay, I’ve interviewed hundreds of candidates, and the question I hear most often is: “What makes you stay so long?” And my answer has always been the same - THE CULTURE! It’s our edge. It’s our fuel. It’s what makes us unique and empowers us to win together. The way we collaborate, celebrate, challenge ourselves, level up, and show up for one another every single day is what defines us 💪 Last night, that spirit was recognized as SciPlay won #BestCompanyCulture at the Greater Austin Business Awards 🏆🏆🏆 Thank you to the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce for this honor and for spotlighting the impact of our business community over the past 25 years. And the biggest THANK YOU goes to our SciPlayers in #Austin and across the globe. You’re the reason this culture thrives, and you make SciPlay an extraordinary place to grow, create, and win as a team. #LifeAtSciPlay #ThePassionToWin #CompanyCulture #Gaming #GABA #AustinCommunity

Christopher Fuller reposted thisChristopher Fuller reposted thisIn support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our studios came together to match the tone and wear pink, uniting teams across locations, time zones, and backgrounds to show support for those facing battles that can’t always be seen. It’s one thing to hear that you’re not alone; it’s another to see it in action. This October has been full of events as we've been assembling care kits for those in treatment, joining fundraising walks in our communities, and raising and matching donations to make a meaningful impact for people facing tough battles. Thank you to all of our SciPlayers who've helped us make all of this happen! 💗 #BreastCancerAwareness #playTOGETHER #Culture #LifeAtSciPlay

Beyond the result, this weekend was another reminder of the importance of continuous development, both as a driver and as a person. Over the past year, I’ve worked hard on my mindset and approach, learning to let passion, focus and enjoyment drive my performance. It’s great to see that progress reflected on track, and I’m proud of what we achieved together as a team. A big thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and continued support. On to the next one! #Motorsport #WomenInMotorsport #COTA Alpine Formula One Team MP Motorsport AspiraX F1 ACADEMY

Christopher Fuller liked thisChristopher Fuller liked thisAfter 25 years with SciPlay and 7 years as CEO, my colleague & partner Joshua Wilson is turning the page on a pretty remarkable chapter. He poured an incredible amount of himself into SciPlay, and his impact goes well beyond the business growth. He always believed deeply in protecting our culture, growing talent, and investing in our people. For that, my team and I have always been grateful and those are things we will carry on in his absence. We were laughing yesterday about the many, many disagreements we had over the years. And trust us, there were many 😆🙃. But the partnership we had showed me just how critical the relationship between a CEO and their HR leader really is. I’d argue it’s one of, if not the most important relationship in the business. It requires true trust and a willingness to have the hard conversations…including the ones where you don’t see eye to eye. Great partnerships aren’t built on always agreeing, they’re built on knowing you can challenge each other, speak honestly, and trust that you’re both working toward the same goal. I’m truly grateful we had that kind of partnership. 🥺 Josh, you’ve more than earned whatever comes next. I’m wishing you rest, uninterrupted time with family, lots of golf and plenty of really good red wine. 🍷⛳ Thank you for 25 years of commitment to SciPlay and for being such an important part of its story. Enjoy this next chapter! 💚
