22+ tools run through Claude Code now, and counting. The 11 in this post are the ones I open daily - the rest of the stack is below I stopped opening 11 separate tabs to run a campaign. Prospecting, enrichment, verification, scraping, sequencing - all of it now runs from one Claude Code window. Not a new tool replacing an old one, but the entire stack collapsing into a single interface I talk to. I tell it what I need, and it routes the request to whichever tool actually does the job. The connective layer handles research, enrichment, and list hygiene before anything gets sent. - Exa runs semantic search across the web to surface signal a keyword search misses. - AI Ark reaches a deeper contact database when the standard providers come up short on a niche role. - Prospeo and Icypeas sit in the enrichment waterfall, finding and verifying emails and phone numbers. = - MillionVerifier and BounceBan (Verify risky emails without sending messages) catch the addresses that would otherwise inflate my bounce rate. - Ocean.io builds lookalike account lists off my best-fit customers, cheaply and fast. - Apify runs custom scrapers for anything the off-the-shelf tools don't cover. - EmailBison sequences the cold email sends. - Heyreach runs multi-sender LinkedIn campaigns from the same prompt. . . . P.S. I'm documenting what's actually working with AI-native GTM workflows. Follow along if you're building the same. P.P.S. The rest of the list is in the comments for anyone counting.

  • New in Claude Code: Artifacts This is a big step from “AI coding assistant” to shared engineering workspace. Artifacts turn a Claude Code session into interactive pages your team can use: ✅ PR walkthroughs. ✅ Living project dashboards. ✅ Architecture summaries. ✅ Implementation progress views. The powerful part? Artifacts are built from the full context of the session: ✔️ codebase ✔️ plugins ✔️ skills ✔️ connected tools ✔️ current agent work And as Claude keeps working, the artifact refreshes — so the team always sees the latest version, not a stale update. This changes how engineering teams collaborate around AI-generated work. Instead of asking: “What did Claude do?” Teams can now open a private link and see the live context, progress, and output. ✅ Private by default. ✅ Shareable inside the organization. Admin-controlled with access, retention, role scoping, and compliance visibility. Available in beta for Team and Enterprise plans. Claude Code is not just writing code anymore. It is making agentic work visible, shareable, and governable. #ClaudeCode #ClaudeAI #AgenticAI #SoftwareEngineering #AICoding #DeveloperTools #EngineeringLeadership

A milestone I'm proud of: AeonX Digital is now a #Select Services Partner in the Claude Partner Network. What makes this personal — I build. As a hands-on, forward-deployed Co-founder, I’ve shipped a couple of hundred thousand lines of production code alongside Claude, powered by Anthropic, and that engineering-first instinct shapes how we run as a company. That same approach now runs through the team: certified architects designing and deploying Claude-powered systems for enterprise and public-sector customers across India, layered on our SAP and AWS practice. Select is where it begins. Onward. Anthropic Claude Code

AI Coding Agent Lab #6: coding is no longer just about generating code. It is becoming a coordination problem. This is what I am seeing while using Claude Code and agentic coding workflows. Claude Code can build the feature. But delivery still needs specialists: 1️⃣ Security Agent -> checks auth, secrets, injection risk 2️⃣ Test Agent -> adds unit, integration, and edge-case tests 3️⃣ Reviewer Agent -> reviews diff quality and maintainability 4️⃣ Docs Agent -> prepares release notes and developer docs 5️⃣ Architect Agent -> checks design and dependency impact Today, most of this still happens manually. Copy output. Paste into another agent. Rewrite context. Explain the same repo again. Merge findings manually. That does not scale. This is where Agent-to-Agent communication becomes important. My practical mental model: Claude Code as the orchestrator + specialist coding agents as collaborators But A2A should not mean random agent chat. A useful coding workflow needs 4 contracts: 1️⃣ Agent Card What can this agent do? Example: Security Agent reviews auth, secrets, injection, access control, and unsafe code patterns. 2️⃣ Task What work should it perform? Example: Review this diff and return severity, file path, issue, and recommended fix. 3️⃣ Messages How do agents exchange progress and clarifications? Example: Test Agent asks Implementation Agent to explain a changed function before writing tests. 4️⃣ Artifact What does the agent return? Example: ➖ security-report.md, ➖ test-plan.md, ➖ review-comments.json, ➖ release-notes.md This is where A2A becomes useful for coding. Not because it writes better code by itself. But because it gives multiple coding agents a structured way to collaborate. My hidden guide: Do not start with "let agents chat." Start with: ✔️ agent role ✔️ input schema ✔️ output artifact ✔️ task boundary ✔️ review gate ✔️ failure handling ✔️ human approval point For small tasks, one Claude Code session is enough. For larger work like bug hunts, migrations, security reviews, refactoring, test generation, codebase discovery, and release preparation, A2A-style coordination can turn isolated agents into a software delivery workflow. My simple view: ✅ MCP gives coding agents tool access. ✅ A2A gives coding agents collaboration. ✅ Guardrails keep the workflow safe. ✅ Observability shows what happened. The future of AI coding is not one super coding agent. It is a team of specialized agents working with a human engineer in the loop. Curious - which coding agent would you trust first: Test Agent, Security Agent, Reviewer Agent, or Docs Agent? #AICoding #AgenticAI #ClaudeCode #A2A #SoftwareEngineering

I just applied to Anthropic’s new Claude Corps fellowship program, and I’m honestly really excited about it. What caught my attention was the purpose behind the program helping nonprofits and community organizations use AI in ways that actually make a difference. I’ve spent a lot of time building websites, dashboards, automations, and AI tools, and the thing I keep coming back to is how useful this technology can be when it’s built around real people and real problems. That’s why this opportunity stood out to me. I’m hoping to get the chance to learn from the program, contribute however I can, and keep growing in a space I care a lot about. Big things ahead. We've been building out a Claude Code system across the Kinetyca team.   The way it works: every recurring task in our outbound process gets turned into a skill. A skill tells Claude how to execute a specific process consistently, without prompting from scratch every time.   When one person manages their own library, this works without much thought. The moment we started rolling it out across the full team, we realized the library needed architecture.   Without a naming system, skills accumulated without order. Different team members built versions of the same skill without knowing the other already existed. New people joining had no way of knowing what the library already covered before they started adding to it.   So we built a naming convention around prefixes:   → O for all outbound skills, C for content   → Subcategories define the function: OA is client research, OB is ICP diagnosis, OC is list spec   → Edge cases get variants like OA1 or OA2, staying under the same parent so the system stays intact   In Claude Code, typing / filters the library by prefix, so the naming convention doubles as the navigation layer.   The harder question was knowing when to build a skill at all. The rule we landed on: only build a skill if the task repeats and others benefit from it. If it's specific to one client or one moment, just prompt Claude directly. Adding single-use skills to a shared repo creates the exact same noise you were trying to clear.   For those of you running Claude Code across a team, how are you handling this?

  • The best Claude Code users will not be the best prompt writers. They will be the best context designers. That is the shift most teams are missing. Earlier, AI coding was about writing a better prompt: ✔️ “Fix this bug.” ✔️ “Write this function.” ✔️ “Generate this test.” But Claude Code works inside a real codebase. And in a real codebase, the prompt is not just what you type. The prompt is the repo. ✅ Your README tells Claude the product intent. ✅ Your CLAUDE.md tells it how to operate. ✅ Your docs explain architecture and trade-offs. ✅ Your tests define expected behavior. ✅ Your issues explain the task context. ✅ Your PR templates define review expectations. ✅ Your guardrails define what should never happen. This means AI coding quality will depend less on one perfect prompt and more on the environment around the agent. A messy repo creates messy AI output. A well-structured repo creates better planning, better code changes, better reviews, and better repeatability. From my experience, this is where most teams are still immature. They are trying to improve prompts. But they are not improving the system Claude is working inside. That is why AI coding often feels random. The real unlock is simple: Stop treating Claude Code like a coding chatbot. Start treating your repository like the operating context for an AI engineer. Because the future of software development will not only be about: ➖ better models ➖ better prompts ➖ better autocomplete It will be about better engineering environments. The repo is becoming the new prompt. And the teams that understand this early will build faster, review better, and scale AI-assisted engineering more safely. Better repo context → better planning → better code. #ClaudeCode #ClaudeAI #AgenticAI #AICoding #SoftwareEngineering #DeveloperTools #AIProductivity #AIEngineering #FutureOfWork
