Little Red is a Side Quest in Novigrad with suggested level 15.

You can pick up and start this quest from a group of villagers in Yantra. It turns out Little Red's band means to attack the village, and take revenge on one of the villagers, Bertram.

If you decide to help, wait til dusk, and then Little Red will appear.

Talk with Little Red as she appears. She asks if the villagers hired Geralt. Little Red tells her side of the story, which involves Bertram working with the bandits, wanting more, she refused, and then he set the Witch Hunters on them.

You can decide to believe her and to not get in her way, or fight them.
