Hey, You Wanna Look at My Stuff? Is a Side Quest in Novigrad.
In Novigrad you'll encounter this little halfling offering to sell Geralt some magical supplies. Before he can show Geralt what he is selling, some Witch Hunters appear, and scare him away.
You'll need to search the area again designated by your map marker, and you'll find an item shop icon on your map marker to find him.
