A Favor for a Friend is a side quest that results in romancing Keira Metz. Complete this quest to pursue Keira.

After lifting the curse on Fyke Island, Keria just needs one more tiny favor. A package of hers got lost on the way from Novigrad. Track it down for her to complete the quest.

Follow the marker on your mini map to Hangman’s Alley. You’ll soon spot cart tracks that have gone wild. Follow them to the south to find the remains of the carrier. Search the contents for Keira’s package. You can use your Witcher Senses to find the cart driver’s remains. With the package in hand, ride back to Keira to deliver it.

Now the two of you are off on a magical (literally) evening filled with horses and fancy food. Keira becomes very forward. You may either accept or politely decline. Afterwards, she’ll put you to sleep and you will wake up looking at Fyke Island.

There is one more quest with Keira Metz and it will determine her fate for the rest of the game. Accept the side quest “For the Advancement of Learning” and swim to Fyke Island.
