A Favor For Radovid is a short Side Quest in Novigrad that has no combat.

After you've dealt with Junior, in the Get Junior main quest, and leave his compound the King's guards will stop you. The King is requesting your presence and is calling in his favor.

Hand over your weapons and board the ship. Follow the guard and talk to King Radovid. The King wants you to track down Philippa Eilhart, when the conversation is over make your way towards the exit of the ship. On your way a new quest will activate "Redania's Most Wanted."

Once you've left the ship collect your weapons and equipment, when you do the quest is complete.
