Treasure Hunt: Lost Goods
Treasure Hunt: Lost Goods is a Side Quest in Velen.
Head east of the Devil's Pit and near the shore on a hill is a dead body. Loot the body and read the letter. Once you've read the letter follow to the marker and you will stumble upon four level 4 Drowners. Don't let them gang up on you, instead single them out one by one.
Once they're dead loot the chest near the boat and you'll complete the quest.
