Our favourite premium wireless gaming headset shouldn't be this cheap with a clever eBay code stack
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless becomes a clever bargain.
The SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless has been ourfavourite gaming headset for several years with its fantastic, immersive audio, vast connectivity options and clever functionality. Both Will and I have loved the bones of it for a long time, given its sheer versatility that makes it equally as home as a gaming headset for home, and a competent set of headphones for travel.
The barrier to entry for this headset has always been price, so when we've spotted it for under £250, it's always been a bit of a feat given the scale of the discount. However, with some clever code stacking with DISCOVER15, SELLX7OFF, and the powers of opting for an open-box model, you can get this premium wireless headset for £138 from Sellx Limited's eBay store.

Before I go any further - just a word about condition. It's a similar proposition to the Arctis GameBuds deal from a few days ago, with this Nova Pro Wireless being listed as 'Certified Open Box (Manufacturer Approved & Certified). This means that they've been processed through a SteelSeries approved recertification program, and professionally inspected to ensure the condition of these Gamebuds is consistent with open-box stock, and come as open-box stock as a result. This essentially means they should be as-new, but that they may have been handled slightly before, but not used. It's as close to new as you can essentially get while working out to quite a hefty discount.
The Nova Pro Wireless have a lovely fit and finish, plus a healthy dose of style and chic with their two-tone black and silver colourway. They are especially comfortable with its leatherette earcups and fabric suspension style headband. Its media controls are tactile and easy to access, split well across both earcups. The headset's boom microphone also retracts back into the headset to offer as close to a seamless look as possible, meaning you shouldn't get funny looks when you travel wearing a gaming headset as opposed to a normal set of headphones.
We also rate the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless highly because of its wide soundstage, especially for a closed back headset, as well as some marvellous detail and generally engaging audio. It also has some ingenious functionality and features that other headsets at the same price point don't offer. For instance, there's some active noise cancellation to help keep you immersed in the game and block out any outside noise, and while not as strong as similarly-priced wireless headphones from Bose or Sony, it remained effective.
It's also compatible with basically everything, with this PC model also being compatible with PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and more. There is an Xbox variant available (which in turn works with everything else), although this is in the black and silver colour for the same price, and there are only a handful of units available at the time of writing. Therefore, it made more sense to write up this trendier white colour as you have more of a chance of getting it.
You also get the convenience of a handy base station with this wireless model, which houses an additional battery, so you have the handiness of a pair of batteries. On that note, Steelseries rates the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless to last for 20 hours per battery on a single charge, giving some excellent endurance, and wireless connectivity comes over both Bluetooth and a 2.4GHz wireless receiver - handy for use on multiple devices.
If you want to grab our top gaming headset pick in its modern, sleek white colourway for a ridiculously low price, this eBay code stack deal is an absolute steal.
