How would you resolve this? Last night I had insomnia. I don't usually peruse the DA home page feed, but I wasn't settled yet and something just drew me to it. I stumbled across a back of brushes from Brushes-set and decided to peruse their gallery. Lots of brushes, almost felt like an endless scroll situation. But then I came across this set [DEVIATION] I recognized a lot of the silhouettes here because I created this piece August 2026 [DEVIATION] Obviously this doesn't add up. The brushes set was only just released the first week of this month. That's because this is the set I used by redheadstock. [DEVIATION] I guess originally they weren't also GIMP brushes because I stumbled across this one as well: [DEVIATION] but ProjectGimpBC not only credited the original artist, but also asked for permission beforehand. It's been 19 years since the original set was created (or at least updated), so I don't have a problem with creating an updated version of it. My problem is that

Hey Photomanipulators! Have you ever posted a piece that had so many stock images on DA that when you went to comment and thank all the stock providers that DA automatically started thinking you were spamming!?! I think that just happened to me.🤯😂🤦🏻‍♀️

So the past few days I keep getting spam in my chat notifications. Always double check with a search the name of the person sending you messages. If it is really from someone at DeviantArt I am sure they will send it to you via your email. But every time I get a message I search the senders account name. Nearly every time it says they have been a Deviant for only a few hours. Be sure to check this and report the messages as Spam! Sure they will just make another account, but they won't get anywhere with it happening over and over again.
