Had a bit of an adventure this afternoon and spent 5 hours in A&E because of chest pain. Bunch of tests and being poked and prodded and all tests say I'm okay. Did a little research and figured it was probably a muscle spasm in my chest because of my fibromyalgia. Scared the hell outta me and my partner but we're back home with some McDonald's and my chest just aches like a pulled muscle and to add to the normality I get a migraine as a welcome home 😅 My body is such a drama queen. Merry Christmas y'all
