I want to ask something.
If i learnt HTML and CSS
to make a website, how is it going to look like?
I mean, will it look so childish or what?
because i want to make a website after learning HTML and CSS,and then learn HTML5 and CSS3 later on.
Thanks in advance.

you'll also need a graphics application to design the concept first then slice it into html+css+javascript
if you don't know javascript your website page will not be so responsive -but you also can use a ready made scripts-
