Moon Girl is exclusively found on the Alchemax Headquarters map, so start by ensuring you travel to this location. It’s a Doom Match map, not a regular one, so you have to select this special mode to visit the right spot, as you’ll never end up here in Quick Match or other similar modes.

You can find Moon Girl in the vice president’s office on the Alchemax Headquarters map. At this location, she sticks close to a large desk in this massive room. She doesn’t wander around, so there’s only one spot to check for her.
The vice president’s office is situated in a side building that’s separate from the main structure at the heart of this location. The easiest way to find it is to head outside, over to the fountain area where you can check off the Alchemax’ll Make Ya achievement, and look for the smaller, shorter building that’s on the side of the larger one.
You can distinguish the main building from the other one by looking for Cyclops’ large red laser beam coming out of the top. He’s inside the central building, not the one with Moon Girl and the office, so enter the one next to this area to find her.
Inside this building, you’ll spot Moon Girl sitting behind a desk up high on a podium near the back of the room. She’s right under a massive aquarium that has a merman swimming around it, and in front of one that has a few sharks swimming around it.
