Transferring a Plan to a Different Account

    Hello,

    We wish to transfer our website’s current plan from one account to another with the consent of the individual who initially purchased it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @tourolibraries,

    It looks like you want to transfer a plan from one site to another.

    Please email us at help@wordpress.com from the subscription owner’s email address, and CC the other email address where the second account was created. Once we receive the email, we’ll be able to take care of the transfer from there.
