Internal Server Error

  Hello everyone,

  I’m having an issue with my website: https://revanamedspa.com

  The Medical spa website is showing an “Internal Server Error” page. The error message says:

  

  “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.”

  The error page also shows:

  Apache/2.4.16 (Ubuntu) Server at 192.168.11.11 Port 80

  I’ve attached a screenshot of the error.

  I would like to understand what could be causing this issue and how I can troubleshoot it. Could this be related to the server configuration, .htaccess, PHP, WordPress files, plugins/theme, or hosting configuration?

  If anyone has experienced a similar issue, I would really appreciate guidance on what I should check first, especially how to identify the exact cause from the server error logs.
