GSO Under 23 Concerto Competition results
The Guelph Symphony held its twelfth annual Concerto Competition on Sunday March 24th.
The judges (Artistic Director Judith Yan, Concertmaster, Jose Molina and principal flutist, Anne Monkhouse) were impressed by the high level of musicianship displayed by these talented and dedicated young people.
Our congratulations go to flutist Laura Andrews who was declared the winner, pictured here with runner-up clarinettist Christopher Cancian. Flutist Eric Kavcic was the second runner up.
Raffle Results
The 2013 GSO raffle was drawn in the lobby of the River Run Centre, thirty minutes after the performance. We are pleased to announce the following winners.
